A steam generator (), in particular for an oven, comprising a tank () provided with an inlet pipe () suitable for introducing liquid into the tank () and an outlet pipe () suitable for releasing steam from the tank (); at least one heating element () adapted to heat the liquid to produce the steam; wherein the tank () comprises: a first chamber (); a second chamber (); a third chamber (), proximal to the outlet pipe (); wherein the first chamber () and the second chamber () are adapted to contain the liquid introduced by means of said inlet pipe (); wherein a first partition wall () is provided, which partially separates the first chamber () and the second chamber () from each other; wherein a second partition wall () is provided, which separates at least partially both the first chamber () and the second chamber () from the third chamber (); wherein a first passage () is provided which allows the steam to pass from the first chamber () to the second chamber (); wherein a second passage () is provided which allows the steam to pass from the second chamber () to the third chamber (); wherein a third passage () is provided which allows the liquid to pass between the second chamber () and the first chamber (), near the bottom () of the tank ().

Centrifugal pump cover

A method is provided for controlling the feed of a combustible gas by a valve device placed in a feed pipe which has a gas inlet section and a gas outlet section. The device includes a valve seat in the pipe associated with a membrane-operated plug and a device for returning the plug to a position in which the valve seat is shut off. The method includes the steps of creating a pressure difference in a section of the pipe downstream of the plug with respect to the direction of flow, by a constriction in the pipe having a predetermined cross section, the pressure difference being defined by a first pressure upstream of the constriction and a second pressure downstream of the constriction; collecting the signal formed by the second pressure downstream of the constriction and making the second pressure act on the side of the membrane opposite that on which the first pressure acts; and generating a regulatable load on the membrane of the membrane operating system.

Air-gas mixer for a valve unit

A knob adjustment device particularly for adjusting the temperature in valve units for water-heating apparatus. The device comprises a geared transmission interposed between the knob and an operating member of the valve unit in order to transmit a rotary movement to the member about its own axis as a result of a rotation of the knob. The geared transmission includes a reduction mechanism with a variable transmission ratio such that, for a first angular portion and a second angular portion of the rotation of the knob, the member is rotated with respective different transmission ratios (T,T).

A valve unit for controlling the delivery of a fuel gas through a delivery duct () comprises a valve seat () in the duct, a closure member () associated with the seat, a motor-driven actuator () acting on the closure member in order to control it so as to open/close the valve seat, as well as an electromagnetic unit () with a first portion () carrying a magnetizing winding () and a second portion () which can be fixed firmly to the first position by magnetization. The electromagnetic unit () is associated with the actuator in order to act on the closure member () so as to close the valve seat (), irrespective of the operative position of the actuator (), upon the occurrence of a predetermined condition which requires the valve seat to be shut off, and the actuator means () is movable, together with the second portion () of the electromagnetic unit () so as to open/close the valve seat, the first portion () of the electromagnetic unit being connected to a stationary structure of the valve unit.

Valve unit for controlling the delivery of a fuel gas

A knob adjustment device, particularly for adjusting the temperature in valve units of a water-heating apparatus. The knob adjustment device is mounted so as to be rotatable about a rotation axis in a stationary housing of the valve unit and has a safety member for the unidirectional restraint of the knob adjustment device relative to the housing so as to oppose rotation of the knob adjustment device in a first direction of rotation about the axis, the knob adjustment device being free to rotate in the opposite direction of rotation.
