A drilling machine includes a main body, a mast to mount a drilling tool, a kinematic mechanism movably constraining the mast to the main body while allowing mutual rotation. The kinematic mechanism includes an elongated component hinged at two ends. When the drilling machine is in a drilling configuration, the elongated component performs a structural function to constrain the mast to the main body. An assembling and moving equipment includes a moving element movably mounted to the drilling machine and supporting the elongated component. A moving actuator controls the relative position between the moving element and a mounting portion of the drilling machine. When the drilling machine is in an assembling configuration, one end of the elongated component is released and the moving element acts upon the elongated component. Moving the moving element relative to the mounting portion of the drilling machine causes rotation of the elongated component.

Drilling machine, assembly procedure, and kit for a drilling machine

A multi-function machine for drilling, boring, driving and lifting comprising a translation system () which supports a turret () motorized and provided with driving cab. A lattice tower type arm is hinged to the frame of the turret and movable between substantially raised and inclined positions. In at least a first configuration the arm is used as a lifting arm. The free upper end of the arm has a head () having a system of pulleys and/or transmissions for rope (). The arm () can rotate with respect to the turret () to acquire a second configuration of mounting/transport wherein its longitudinal axis is substantially horizontally arranged and turned over toward the front. Ropes and rods are provided () for bringing the arm from the first to the second configuration and vice-versa. The arm () can acquire a third operating configuration wherein its longitudinal axis is substantially vertically arranged; in said third configuration the arm () is a guide for a digger/drill () sliding in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the arm; being also provided an actuator () for maneuvering the arm () at least in the third configuration.

Multi-functional machine adaptable for drilling, boring and lifting

Excavation equipment for the construction of compaction piles includes a tool mounted at the end of a drilling rod; the tool is constituted by a shaft () provided on its end with digging teeth () and with at least a plate () for collecting debris rotating between an open position during the excavation and closed during the ascent of the tool. A screw (); is of the type having at least two principles (), in the upper part () fixed directly on the shaft () and in the lower part () fixed on a cylindrical element () inserted on the shaft. A compactor () is positioned on the screw () of the cylindrical element (). The shaft rotates between two positions displaced between them, one corresponding to the excavation condition and the other to the ascent one; each of the at least two-principle screws of the shaft () constitutes the continuation of a corresponding screw () of the cylindrical body () depending on the angular position of the shaft ().
