An orientable support module () for optical or video/photographic equipment, comprising a first () and a second () joint element connected together so as to be able to oscillate and intended to be coupled respectively to a support element () and to a piece of optical or video/photographic equipment so as to orient the equipment, the second joint element () comprising a head () and a shaft () extending from the head () along its own longitudinal axis (Z), the first joint element () comprising a body () defining a seating cavity () for the head (), the module further comprising a locking device () that can be actuated so as to displace the second joint element () along a locking axis (Z) between a release configuration, in which the second joint element () is free to oscillate in the seating cavity (), and a locked configuration (W), in which the second joint element () is clamped in the seating cavity () and is locked in a desired orientation position, the locking device () comprising a bush () engaged on the shaft () and displaceable along the longitudinal axis (Z) so as to clamp/release the second joint element () in/from the seating cavity ().
