A method for grouping hydraulic functions associated with an agricultural implement includes accessing parameter data associated with hydraulic fluid used to drive a plurality of hydraulic functions of the implement, the hydraulic fluid being supplied from one of at least two pumps. The method also includes determining delivery pump pressures for the pumps for each of a plurality of different pump/function combinations based at least in part on the hydraulic parameter data and determining a power parameter requirement for the pumps for each of the different pump/function combinations based at least in part on the delivery pump pressures. In addition, the method includes selecting a desired pump/function combination based at least in part on the power parameter requirement, and controlling an operation of a plurality of switching valves such that the hydraulic fluid is supplied for driving the hydraulic functions in accordance with the desired pump/function combination.

A hydraulic drive system for an agricultural implement includes a high pressure supply line configured to provide hydraulic fluid under pressure. The hydraulic drive system also includes a low pressure return line configured to return the hydraulic fluid. A system for controlling hydraulic fluid flow within a work vehicle includes a flow control valve fluidly coupled to a fluid supply conduit upstream of a hydraulic actuator such that the flow control valve is configured to control the flow rate of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator. Furthermore, the system includes a computing system configured to receive an input associated with a selected flow rate of the hydraulic fluid being supplied to the hydraulic actuator. Moreover, the computing system is configured to control an operation of the flow control valve such that flow control valve is at a maximum flow position at which an adjustable orifice defined by the valve has a maximum cross-sectional area. Additionally, the computing system is configured to control an operation of a pump such that the pump supplies the hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic actuator through the adjustable orifice at the selected flow rate.

A system for controlling hydraulic fluid flow within a work vehicle includes a pilot conduit configured to receive a pilot flow of hydraulic fluid from a fluid supply conduit such that the operation of a compensator valve is controlled based on a pressure of the pilot flow within the pilot conduit. Furthermore, a pilot conduit valve is configured to adjust the pressure of the pilot flow within the pilot conduit. In addition, the system includes a load sense conduit configured to receive a bleed flow of the hydraulic from the fluid supply conduit such that the operation of the pump is controlled based on a pressure of the bleed flow within the load sense conduit. Moreover, a load sense valve is configured to adjust the pressure of the bleed flow within the load sense conduit.

A combination air supply system for a work vehicle, includes a work vehicle compressor configured to be mounted on the work vehicle, wherein the work vehicle compressor is configured to compress a first supply of ambient air and to output a first compressed air supply via a compressed air line, wherein the compressed air line is configured to receive a second compressed air supply from an implement compressor via a compressed air connection line, wherein the implement compressor is configured to be mounted on an implement towed by the work vehicle, wherein the compressed air connection line is configured to couple the implement compressor to the compressed air line via a coupler, and a tire inflation system fluidly coupled to the compressed air line and configured to selectively increase and decrease an air pressure within a tire of the work vehicle, wherein the tire inflation system is configured to distribute the first compressed air supply, the second compressed air supply, and a combination air supply of the first and second compressed air supplies to the tire.

A torque sensor system is provided, which comprises a frame supporting a first shaft and a second shaft. The first shaft comprises a first connector that is connected to second connector comprised by the second shaft so that a torque is transmittable via the first and second connectors from the first shaft to the second shaft. The first connector and second connector are formed such that transmitting a torque induces a reaction force to the frame. The frame is provided with at least one load sensor that is adapted to measure the reaction force, such that an output of the load sensor represents the transmitted torque.
