A motor wheel assembly for a motor vehicle comprises a radial flux brushless electric motor having a plurality of stator magnets arranged along a circumferential path; a wheel; first connecting means to connect motor to wheel in a torque transfer manner and second connecting means suitable for connecting motor to the motor vehicle. The motor wheel assembly defines a seat interrupting the sequence of stator magnets along the circumferential path and is suitable for housing a caliper of a braking system of the motor vehicle.

Electric motor wheel assembly

A vehicle comprises at least one steering wheel, at least two other wheels, control means suitable for being operated by a driver to steer the steering wheel, a frame supported by said wheels and tiltable with respect to the ground when the vehicle steers and first actuating means to control the tilting position of said frame. In particular, vehicle comprises a decoupling device to decouple the angular position of control means to the angular position of steering wheel and a control unit configured to activate first actuating means when control means are operated by the driver before said steering wheel substantially changes its angular position at least when said vehicle turns running above a given speed threshold.

Tilting vehicle and control system thereof

A suspension system for a wheeled vehicle is provided, the suspension system being adapted to support at least one wheel of the vehicle and comprising at least one shock absorbing device adapted to be activated as a result of the motion of the at least one wheel in a substantially vertical direction, the suspension system further comprising electrical power generating means in fluid connection with the at least one shock absorbing device so that the activation of said at least one shock absorbing device results in electrical power being generated. Furthermore, the suspension system comprises means for absorbing at least partially the electrical power generated, the absorption of electrical power resulting in the stiffness of said at least one shock absorbing device being varied as a function of the electrical power absorbed.

An electromechanical module is provided allowing performance of both the driving and the braking function on a single wheel. The electromechanical module according to the present invention comprises in particular electromechanical driving means and electromechanical braking means controlled by a single control unit, so that electrical power may be supplied to each of said electromechanical driving and braking means. Moreover, according to a particular embodiment of the present invention, electrical power may be collected from said driving means and supplied to said braking means.
