A process for preparing olefinic products by thermal steam cracking of a first furnace feed composed of hydrocarbons in at least one first cracking furnace and of a second furnace feed composed of hydrocarbons in at least one second cracking furnace. The first furnace feed is at least partly converted into a first product stream in the first cracking furnace and the second furnace feed is at least partly converted into a second product stream in the second cracking furnace. A first pyrolysis oil is isolated from the first product stream and is at least partly treated chemically. The first pyrolysis oil is at least partly recirculated as furnace feed from downstream of the chemical treatment to the first cracking furnace. The first cracking furnace and the second cracking furnace are operated under different cracking conditions.

Process for preparing olefin-containing products by thermal steam cracking

The invention describes a method for separating hydrocarbons in an installation for generating hydrocarbons from a hydrocarbon-containing charge by cleavage. The product gas of the cleavage, which contains gaseous hydrocarbons, is compressed, dried, and supplied as charge material into a separation stage (a front end C3/C4 separation). The front end C3/C4 separation comprises a C4 absorber and a depropanizer. A hydrocarbon fraction consisting of hydrocarbons having a maximum of 3 carbon atoms is obtained as a gaseous overhead product of the C4 absorber. A liquid hydrocarbon fraction consisting of hydrocarbons having at least 4 carbon atoms is obtained as a bottom product of the depropanizer. The front end C3/C4 separation comprises an additional process technological C2/C4 separation stage is arranged between the C4 absorber and the depropanizer.

Separation sequence for hydrocarbons from a gentle thermal cleavage

The invention relates to a method for producing hydrocarbon products which comprises preparing a hydrocarbon stream (C4) which predominantly comprises branched and unbranched hydrocarbons each having four carbon atoms. A first and a second partial stream (i-C4, n-C4) are obtained from this stream (C4), the first partial stream (i-C4) predominantly comprising branched hydrocarbons with four carbon atoms and the second partial stream (n-C4) predominantly comprising unbranched hydrocarbons with four carbon atoms. The method further comprises the steam cracking of at least part of the first partial stream (i-C4) at a first, higher cracking severity and at least part of the second partial stream (n-C4), at a second, lower, cracking severity.

Method for producing hydrocarbon products

The invention relates to a process for converting hydrocarbon inputs by thermal steamcracking to give at least one olefin-containing product stream comprising at least ethylene and propylene, by at least partly converting a hydrocarbon input in at least one cracking furnace (), wherein the hydrocarbon input is converted under mild cracking conditions in the cracking furnace (), mild cracking conditions meaning that propylene to ethylene are present in a ratio of 0.81 to 1.6 kg/kg at the cracking furnace exit, and the hydrocarbon input comprising predominantly hydrocarbons having a maximum carbon number of 6, preferably a maximum of 5.

Process for preparing olefins by thermal steamcracking

The invention relates to a process for converting hydrocarbon feeds by thermal steamcracking to at least one olefin-containing product stream comprising at least ethylene and propylene, with at least partial conversion of a first hydrocarbon feed in at least one first cracking furnace () and of a second hydrocarbon feed in at least one second cracking furnace (). According to the invention, the second hydrocarbon feed comprises predominantly hydrocarbons having a carbon number of 5 or/and 4 and consists for the most part of one or more recycled fractions (P, T) which are obtained from the product stream, and the second hydrocarbon is converted in the second cracking furnace () with cracking conditions that lead to a ratio of propylene to ethylene of 0.7 to 1.6 kg/kg.

Method for converting hydrocarbon feedstocks by means of thermal steam cracking

The invention relates to a process for converting feeds composed of hydrocarbons by thermal steamcracking to at least one olefin-containing product stream comprising at least ethylene and propylene, with at least partial conversion of the feeds in at least one first cracking furnace () and in at least one second cracking furnace (). The invention relates to a process for converting hydrocarbon feeds by thermal steamcracking to at least one olefin-containing product stream comprising at least ethylene and propylene, with at least partial conversion of a first hydrocarbon feed in at least one first cracking furnace () and of a second hydrocarbon feed in at least one second cracking furnace (). According to the invention, the second hydrocarbon feed is converted in the second cracking furnace () with cracking conditions that lead to a ratio of propylene to ethylene of 0.7 to 1.6 kg/kg, and the first hydrocarbon feed is converted in the first cracking furnace () with cracking conditions that lead to a ratio of propylene to ethylene of 0.25 to 0.85 kg/kg at the cracking furnace exit, the value for the ratio of propylene to ethylene for the second hydrocarbon feed being above the value for the ratio of propylene to ethylene for the first hydrocarbon feed.
