A vehicle has a windshield, a cladding element having a front surface, which faces the windshield, a rear surface, which faces away from the windshield, and a top surface, which is arranged between the front surface and the rear surface and is angled toward the front surface and rear surface. An airflow element has a wall element, a grille element and an air inlet. At least the front surface and the top surface of the cladding element have a recess in which the wall element and the grille element are arranged. The grille element is designed to direct air from the airflow element to the windshield.

An air vent for introducing air into a motor vehicle interior includes an inlet opening, through which an incoming air flow enters the air vent, an outlet opening, through which an air flow exits the air vent, and an adjuster, which is fluidically and operatively connected to the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The adjuster has at least one entry, which is fluidically and operatively connected to the inlet opening. The adjuster has at least two exits, which are spaced apart from each other and from each of which an open air stream exits into the outlet opening. The adjuster is designed to align the open air streams to a focal point and the adjuster is designed to be located outside of a field of view of the motor vehicle interior.

An air vent in a motor vehicle interior includes an air supply channel, a first air discharge channel, which branches off from the air supply channel and includes a first air inlet opening and a first air outlet opening. The air vent also includes a second air discharge channel, which branches off from the air supply channel and includes a second air inlet opening and a second air outlet opening, and an air adjuster for adjustment of the quantity of air transported through the first air discharge channel and the second air discharge channel. The air adjuster has a round cross-section, on the outer face of which a first, a second, and a third segment are provided, which are spaced apart from one another, and which respectively close or at least partially open the first air inlet opening, the second air inlet opening, or the air supply channel, as required.

For air-conditioning within a vehicle interior of a motor vehicle, an air vent is provided with at least one air-directing device located in the region of an air outlet opening. The air vent is configured to allow air flowing out of the air outlet opening to flow, by way of the Coanda effect, in a directed manner along a surface which is adjacent to the air outlet opening. The air-directing device and the adjacent surface are inclined in relation to each other by an angle of inclination which is between 23&#xb0; and 27&#xb0;, and the directed air has a volumetric flow of between 30 m/h and 700 m/h.

Air vent for a motor vehicle

An air vent is provided for directly introducing air into a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The air vent has at least one outlet opening and at least one deflecting surface which is arranged in the region of the outlet opening, which runs radially outwards with respect to a flow direction of the air flowing in the direction of the deflecting surface, and by which the air flowing in the direction of the deflecting surface can be deflected radially outwards using the Coanda affect. An intuitively controllable and inexpensively producible air vent is achieved in that the shape and arrangement of the deflecting surface is adapted to a flow speed of the air flowing in the direction of the deflecting surface such that it is equally probable that the air flowing in the direction of the deflecting surface is deflected radially outwards by the deflecting surface or it is not.

Air vent and method for introducing air into an area

An assembly for introducing air into a passenger compartment of a vehicle is provided. The assembly includes at least three mutually spaced air channels which can be provided with air and each of which has an air outlet. Each air channel is fluidly communicatively connected to the passenger compartment via the air outlets, and an open jet can exit from the outlet. The assembly also includes at least one controller, with which a mass flow of an air flow in each air channel can be controlled. The air outlets are designed and oriented relative to one another such that open jets exiting simultaneously from at least two air outlets can be mixed together in the passenger compartment so as to form a single total air flow. To provide an improved possibility of introducing air into a passenger compartment of a vehicle, the controller is designed to control the mass flow of the air flow in each air channel such that a main flow direction of the total air flow can be spatially varied.
