The present invention relates to a system operable to enable shortest connection route for a mobile means of a subscriber, when the mobile means has roamed between a home network comprised in the system, and a foreign network comprised in the system. When the mobile means requests connection to Internet I, a serving means comprised in the foreign network is operable to communicate with, and to receive information regarding a voucher, representing an amount of money, regarding the foreign network, from a voucher registry means comprised in the system. The present invention relates to a method for managing roaming of a mobile equipment of a subscriber, when the mobile equipment is roaming. The method comprises the steps: to store a first list customized for each subscriber, the first list comprises information regarding the visited countries, number of times a certain country have been visited, and for how long time the country have been visited; to store a second list customized for each subscriber, the second list comprises information about preferred operators for a part of the countries on the first list; to receive a roaming signal from the Home Location Register when the mobile equipment is roaming into another network or monitor a roaming signal intended for the Home Location Register; in response to the roaming signal, to update the first list; if the first list has changed above a predetermined threshold value, to update the second list; and to send the updated second list to the mobile equipment.

A method and apparatus for distributing load between a plurality of servers, for handling incoming service requests in a server system. When a service request in received in an access node, a primary server is assigned out of a set of primary servers, using a first scheduling algorithm, for performing a processing task for the received service request. The first scheduling algorithm is capable of selecting any primary server. Further, a secondary server is assigned out of a set of secondary servers, using a second scheduling algorithm, for performing a storing task for the received service request. A method and apparatus for dynamically reconfiguring a server system. When a new server configuration is applied, a previous server configuration is saved. When receiving a service request, a first server is selected by using a first scheduling algorithm according to the new configuration. If the selected server is incorrect, a second server is selected by using a second scheduling algorithm according to the saved previous server configuration. User data associated with the received service request is moved from the second server, if correct, to the first server. Method and apparatus for organizing and accessing electronic messages in a telecommunications system

A method for spatializing audio in conference calls is described in which the participants in the calls are placed in particular locations in order to provide an additional dimension (direction) so that the participants can better recognize who is speaking.
