A vehicle has a vehicle seat and a ventilation system with at least one supply nozzle via which an air flow can be guided towards the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat has an air feed opening for receiving the air flow from the supply nozzle, an outlet nozzle directed into a rear area of the vehicle interior, and an air-guiding channel for connecting the air feed opening and the outlet nozzle.

A steering-wheel ventilation device for a vehicle includes a steering wheel, a ventilation device which is arranged behind the steering wheel and has a ventilation duct which has a first outlet for discharging an air flow directly towards a vehicle occupant sitting in front of the steering wheel and a second outlet for discharging a diffuse air flow. The ventilation duct is configured to discharge an air flow either via the first outlet and/or the second outlet.

A liquid system for a motor vehicle has at least one supply line which can be supplied with a liquid, and at least one functional unit which can be arranged on a movable component of the motor vehicle and is connected in a communicating manner to the supply line. The supply line has at least one immovable line portion which can be arranged on an immovable component of the motor vehicle and at least one movable line portion which can be arranged on the movable component and is connected to the functional unit. In order to ensure a leakage-proof supply of the functional unit with the liquid, the supply line has at least one rotary coupling via which the immovable line portion is connected in a communicating manner to the movable line portion.

A vehicle is provided with a temperature-control system for controlling the temperature of an interior of the vehicle. The system has a temperature-control medium, preferably a liquid temperature-control medium, guided in a temperature-control circuit. The temperature-control system is operatively connectable or operatively connected to a source temperature-control system such that the temperature-control medium guided in the temperature-control circuit of the temperature-control system may be thermally influenced by the source temperature-control system. The temperature-control circuit also is operatively connectable or operatively connected to at least one interior temperature-control system such that the temperature of the interior of the vehicle may be modified by the temperature-control medium in the temperature-control circuit.

A vehicle seat includes a temperature-control system which is connectable or connected to a temperature-control circuit that conveys a temperature-control medium. The vehicle seat includes at least one temperature-control heat exchanger by which thermal energy can be delivered to and/or absorbed from the environment using the temperature-control medium. The vehicle seat includes at least one electrically operable or electrically operated temperature-control element which is a heating and/or cooling element.

Vehicle seat comprising a temperature-control system

A vehicle seat is provided with a temperature-control system which is connectable or connected to a temperature-control circuit that conveys a temperature-control medium. Thermal energy from the temperature-control medium conveyed in or to at least one temperature-control heat exchanger of the temperature-control system is deliverable to and/or absorbable from the surroundings. The vehicle seat has at least one flow generation system, in particular a fan system, which generates a gas flow. The at least one flow generation system is controllable by a controller, with the temperature of the gas flow being controllable via at least one temperature-control heat exchanger and/or via an electrically operated temperature-control element.

A test device including two measuring systems is provided. The test device includes a first measuring system which is configured for leakage testing of a test object, and a second measuring system which is configured for dimensional checking of the test object. The first measuring system has at least one connecting region, by which a test medium can be introduced into the test object. The test object can be set into rotation via the at least one connection region, on which the dimensional checking is based.

A system for the exact detection of the fatigue of a driver of a vehicle includes at least one camera for detecting the pupil diameter of the driver of the vehicle, at least one sensor for detecting a current luminance in the vehicle, and at least one computer module for detecting the fatigue of the driver of the vehicle by calculation. The calculation is based on the detected pupil diameter and the detected, current luminance in the vehicle.

A method of controlling the refrigerant pressure in an ambient heat exchanger of a refrigerant circuit, particularly a heat pump circuit, for vehicles, in which the current temperature and the current humidity of the ambient air is measured, the current dew point temperature of the ambient air is determined from the measured temperature and humidity, and if the ambient air temperature is below 0&#xb0; C. the refrigerant pressure in the refrigerant circuit is controlled by adjusting the rotational speed of a refrigerant compressor of the refrigerant circuit, the flow cross-section of a controllable expansion element of the refrigerant circuit and/or the ambient air volume flow flowing around or through the ambient heat exchanger, such that the temperature of the ambient heat exchanger is greater than the dew point temperature.

Method for controlling the refrigerant pressure in an ambient heat exchanger of a refrigerant circuit

In a method for transmitting data using a predetermined data protocol between a first electronic control unit and a second electronic control unit in a motor vehicle, in which a data protocol is transmitted in the form of a pulse-pause sequence via a single electrical line, a first data protocol may be output by the first control unit on the line and synchronously a second data protocol may be output by the second control unit on the line, after which at least one of the control units acquires the resulting signal of the data protocols on the line and checks it for predefined criteria.

A device for disinfecting components of an air conditioning system in a motor vehicle is provided. The device includes an ionizer arranged in the air conditioning system and an electronic control unit configured to activate the ionizer to produce an amount of ions. The amount of ions is determined as a function of an amount of condensate on the components of the air conditioning system to be disinfected.

Apparatus and methods for disinfecting components of an air conditioning system in a motor vehicle

A device for disinfecting components of an air conditioning system in a motor vehicle is provided. The device includes an ozone generator arranged in close proximity to an evaporator in the air conditioning system. The device further includes an electronic control unit configured to activate the ozone generator to produce a comparatively large amount of ozone sufficient to disinfect the evaporator. The electronic control device activates the ozone generator when information provided to the control unit indicates that a condition is met, under which air flaps between the air conditioning system and a passenger compartment of the motor vehicle may remain closed or are expected to remain closed for a time sufficient for the disinfection.
