A car arrangement includes: a first car and a second car arranged one above the other in a car frame; wherein at least the first car is displaceable along the car frame in the direction of a vertical axis by a spindle drive; wherein the spindle drive includes a spindle and a drive unit; wherein the spindle drive is guided through a cutout in a support structure of the car frame, and the drive unit has a housing with a fastening flange fastening the housing to the support structure; and wherein the housing has first and second positions in relation to the cutout, the fastening flange exposing the cutout in the first position so the spindle drive can be guided through the cutout in the direction of the vertical axis, and the fastening flange projects beyond an outer edge of the cutout in the second position.

A building site device includes a climbing formwork platform for the floor-by-floor production of concreting portions of a building core having at least one elevator shaft. An elevator system has an elevator machine platform vertically movable in the elevator shaft. In order to minimize the use of lifting cranes and the manual raising of supporting structures, the elevator machine platform can be moved jointly with the climbing formwork platform.

A lifting device for lifting a payload within an elevator shaft in a controllable manner has a platform to be fixed in the elevator shaft, a holding device to be fixed to the payload, a lifting cable attached to the holding device, a securing cable secured to the holding device (such as, for example, a pulling device secured to the platform), and a catching device secured to the platform. The pulling device actively and controllably displaces the lifting cable relative to the platform. The lifting device displaces the securing cable in the event of a relative movement between the holding device and the platform such that the securing cable remains tensioned. The securing cable and the catching device are configured such that the catching device blocks a further relative movement between the securing cable and the catching device in the event that the lifting cable fails.

An elevator car arrangement for a double-deck elevator has a car frame; a first car coupled to the car frame; a second car arranged on the car frame above or below the first car and coupled to the car frame so as to be movable in a vertical direction relative to the car frame and relative to the first car; a push chain coupled, with a first end of a force absorption section of the push chain, to the first car or to the car frame, and with an opposite, second end of the force absorption section to the second car, and is arranged such that the second car exerts a pressure load on the force absorption section due to gravity; and a drive device coupled to the push chain to displace the second car in the vertical direction relative to the first car by the push chain.

A mobile transport device and a method for introducing an installation frame into a shaft, in particular an elevator shaft, are used for transporting an installation frame and for introducing the installation frame into the shaft. The installation frame has a base frame and a bearing frame on which the installation frame is supported from above. The transport device additionally has a fixing device arranged on the base frame for fixing the base frame to a shaft opening of a shaft wall of the shaft and for preventing the transport device from tilting. The bearing frame is supported by the base frame and is movable in the horizontal direction relative to the base frame such that, when the base frame is arranged outside of the shaft, the bearing frame, and thus also the installation frame, can be moved into the shaft from outside the shaft through the shaft opening.

An elevator system for a building, wherein an elevator shaft becomes taller as the building height increases during a construction phase, includes a self-moving construction-phase elevator car guided on a guide rail section(s) for conveying persons or goods during the construction phase, an assembly platform arranged above the car from which the guide rail section is elongated upwards in a rail assembly phase, an upper protection platform temporarily fixed in the elevator shaft on which the assembly platform is suspended via a cable-based lifting device or is suspended in the rail assembly phase, a lower protection platform, wherein the assembly platform is moved vertically between the upper platform and the lower platform by the lifting device during the rail assembly phase, and a docking device temporarily suspending the car on the lower platform to secure the car for evacuations, the docking device connecting the car to the lifting device.

A double-deck elevator car has first and second vertically spaced cars each accessible via a different floor in a stop position, a car frame with at least one longitudinal support, a first support structure in the frame supporting the first car, a second support structure in the frame supporting the second car, and a linear guide movably coupling the first support structure to the longitudinal support. The linear guide has at least one rail element fastened to the longitudinal support, and at least one coupling element slidably mounted on the rail element and fastened to the first support structure. The coupling element has first and second mounting portions mounting on the rail element and a fastening portion fastening the coupling element to the first support structure. A drive moves the first support structure relative to the second support structure.

An elevator installation erection method includes installing in an elevator shaft: a construction phase elevator system having a self-propelled elevator car whose usable lifting height is adapted to an increasing elevator shaft height; at least one guide rail in the elevator shaft guiding the elevator car along its travel path; and a drive system driving the elevator car and including a primary part attached to the elevator car and a secondary part attached along the elevator car travel path, wherein the guide rail and the secondary part are gradually extended upwards during the construction phase, wherein the self-propelled elevator car transports persons and/or material for the construction of the building and passengers and freight for floors already used as residential or business premises, and wherein after the elevator shaft has reached its final height the construction phase elevator system is replaced by a final elevator system.

A mounting device and a method for carrying out an installation process in a vertically extending elevator shaft of an elevator system include a carrier component, a mechatronic installation component and a displacement system. The displacement system displaces the carrier component vertically within the elevator shaft. The installation component is held on the carrier component and, at least semi-automatically, performs a mounting step as part of the installation process. The displacement system also displaces the carrier component horizontally in a shift direction within the elevator shaft between adjacent vertical car tracks.

A method and construction site device for vertical transportation during a building construction phase include a climbing formwork platform arranged in a currently uppermost region of the building for concreting at least part of the building core, an elevator car intermittently adjusted to a current building height in a first elevator shaft by hoisting a mechanical platform to a higher level and fixing it there, a construction elevator temporarily installed in a second elevator shaft and attached to the climbing formwork platform with a construction elevator car vertically movable in a construction elevator frame, and wherein people and/or material are transported to a floor associated with an access opening of the construction elevator by the elevator system and then are transported from this floor to a floor situated in the currently uppermost region of the building or to the climbing formwork platform by the construction elevator.

A climbing elevator system has an elevator shaft and an elevator car, a lifting platform, and a supporting device, wherein, in the course of different construction phases of a building, the lifting platform can be anchored at various positions within the elevator shaft. A protective roof is arranged above components of the lifting platform that are to be protected, such as a drive machine. The protective roof has a central roof structure and a peripheral flank structure that has flank walls fixed to the lateral edges of the central roof structure and project outwardly from the central roof structure at an angle with respect to the horizontal. Because of the inclined arrangement of the flank walls, the flank structure can better withstand falling objects and better protect components located underneath. Cantilevered edge regions of the flank walls can be supported on side walls of the elevator shaft.

A method for constructing at least two elevators in a building under construction adapts the usable lifting heights of the elevators to an increasing height of the building, wherein each of the elevators is arranged in an elevator shaft of the building associated with the elevator and includes a drive platform having an elevator drive machine that supports and drives an elevator car and a counterweight by a traction sheave and at least one flexible suspension device. In order to adapt the usable lifting heights, lifting operations are performed in which in alternation one of the drive platforms is raised to a higher level in the associated elevator shaft and is locked there. A single lifting platform is temporarily fastened above the particular drive platform to be lifted to apply a lifting force required to raise the drive platform, which force is transferred to supporting elements of the elevator shaft.

An elevator system having: an elevator car vertically movable in an elevator shaft; a traction medium for raising and lowering the elevator car and being guided around at least one roller to the car and being fixed merely at ends thereof; a traction medium reservoir including at least one first deflecting axle and at least one second deflecting axle around which the traction medium is guided in alternation between the first and second axles so that a section, the length depending on the spacing of the first and second axles, of the traction medium is received in the reservoir; and a fixing unit to which the second deflecting axle is fixed, wherein the fixing unit is fastenable at different positions in the elevator shaft so that the spacing between the first and second axles is settable to determine the length of the traction medium received in the reservoir.

An elevator system arranged in an elevator shaft of a building in the construction phase grows with the building using a lifting process. The system includes a machine platform with an elevator drive machine and an elevator car suspended on the machine platform by a carrier. The elevator car is raised during the lifting process by a lifting device. The elevator system also includes an assembly platform that can be mechanically moved in relation to the machine platform along the elevator shaft. The lifting device includes a drive arranged on the machine platform and is also used to move the assembly platform.
