A valve configured for use with a fuel tank can have a floating main valve housed within a valve body. The valve body can define a first port fluidly connected to the fuel tank, a second port fluidly connected to a tank venting system of the fuel tank and a third port fluidly connected to the filler neck. The solenoid can be configured on the check valve. The solenoid can have a pin configured to extend into the valve body and engage the floating main valve in a locked position.

An assembly is provided that integrates a jet pump with a liquid trap to drain liquid fuel from vapor flow, such as vapor vented from a fuel tank. The assembly includes a housing that has a liquid trap configured to trap liquid carried in vapor flowing through the housing. A jet pump has a venturi nozzle and is in selective fluid communication with the liquid trap so that liquid flow through the venturi nozzle induces draining of the liquid trap.

A liquid fuel trap device for a vehicle fuel system includes a housing forming a confined space and including an outlet port connectable to a fuel vapor recovery system via a fuel vapor passage; and a valve capable of discharging liquid fuel from the confined space into a fuel tank. The housing includes at least two retention devices adapted to impede fuel in the housing from reaching the outlet port in angled positions of the housing.

An assembly mountable to a fuel tank and connectable to a carbon canister includes a housing defining an internal cavity. A vapor vent valve is configured to permit fluid communication from the fuel tank through the vapor vent valve from an inlet to an outlet, and in all cases is isolated from the internal cavity so that fluid flows through the vapor vent valve from the inlet to the outlet without fluid communication with the internal cavity. A first vent line connects the outlet of the vapor vent valve with a first port of the housing. A second vent line connects a second port of the housing with the carbon canister. At least a portion of the first vent line is above a predetermined liquid fuel level within the tank when the assembly is mounted to the fuel tank and tilted at up to a predetermined angle.
