A two-phase cooling system for an X-ray high-voltage generator comprises a heat sink block and a heat sink. The heat sink block spatially surrounds a cooling duct loop, wherein the cooling duct loop is at least partially filled with a working medium and is configured to act as an oscillating heat pipe. The heat sink is configured to dissipate heat from a heat source. The heat sink block includes a material including a polymer.

An X-ray high-voltage generator comprises: a circuit arrangement having at least one power electronics circuit part, wherein the at least one power electronics circuit part is configured to form a heat source during operation; and a two-phase cooling system having a heat sink. The at least one power electronics circuit part is directly thermally coupled to the two-phase cooling system to cool the heat source at the heat sink. The two-phase cooling system has a cooling element block that spatially surrounds a cooling channel circuit. The cooling channel circuit is at least partially filled with a working medium, and is configured to act as a heat pipe.

A circuit arrangement includes an X-ray tube, including a cathode and an anode, and a high-voltage transformer. In an embodiment, the high-voltage transformer includes at least one primary winding, at least one first secondary winding, including a first oscillating circuit, wherein the first oscillating circuit includes a first leakage inductance and a first winding capacitance, to adjust a first resonance frequency, and at least one second secondary winding, including a second oscillating circuit, wherein the second oscillating circuit includes a second leakage inductance and a second winding capacitance, to adjust a second resonance frequency, the first resonance frequency matching the second resonance frequency, the first winding capacitance and the second winding capacitance differing in value and the first leakage inductance and the second leakage inductance differing in value. The first secondary winding is electrically connected to the cathode and the second secondary winding is electrically connected to the anode.

A medical imaging device includes a stationary device part and a moveable device part moveably mounted for this purpose. A power source is arranged on the stationary device part. A number of main electrical consumers, a number of secondary electrical consumers, and an energy storage device are arranged on the moveable device part. A power transmission link, arranged between the stationary device part and the moveable device part, is designed to transmit power from the stationary device part to the moveable device part. On the stationary device part, an energy emitting component of the power transmission link is connected to the power source and on the moveable device part, an energy receiving component of the power transmission link is switchably connected to the main consumer and to the secondary consumer via switching device(s), and to the energy storage device. The energy storage device is switchably connected to the secondary consumer.

A method for operating a resonant converter having an inverter circuit, the inverter circuit having a plurality of switches, includes: switching each of the switches of the plurality of switches at an actuation frequency and with a phase angle offset relative to one another, such that a voltage of an output of the inverter circuit has a duty factor; and determining the actuation frequency and the duty factor for a prescribable operating point and with a prescribable phase reserve of the resonant converter.
