The invention relates to an eccentric screw pump, including a rotor, which forms a conveying screw, and a stator, which forms a screw flight and in which the rotor rotates during conveying operation, wherein: the stator includes a stator housing, in which a stator lining is disposed, the stator lining reproducing the screw flight; the stator lining is a sleeve which is supported, at its outer periphery, on the stator housing by means of a support structure which forms cavities; the support structure is designed and dimensioned, in accordance with the location of its connection to the sleeve, in such a way that the supporting effect provided by the support structure is matched to the local needs of the sleeve.

Eccentric screw pump having a stator linking which is simpler to produce

An eccentric screw pump with a rotor, which forms a conveyor screw, and a stator, which forms a screw thread and in which the rotor circulates during a conveying operation. The stator includes a single-part or multipart stator housing, in which a stator lining made of an elastomer material is located, said lining forming the screw thread. The stator lining forms a projection at least on one side in the direction along the pump longitudinal axis, said projection protruding from the stator housing such that a free force introduction surface is formed. A force can be applied via the free force introduction surface, said force compressing the stator lining into the stator housing so that the stator lining is transversely elongated in the stator housing, leading to a constriction of the screw thread. The projection can be surrounded by a mobile support tube which is moved relative to the stator housing in the direction along the longitudinal axis of the stator housing for compression purposes.

Eccentric screw pump with a modular design with a compressible stator lining to adjust for wear and/or improve sealing

A stator-rotor system of an eccentric screw pump including a rotor with a rotor screw and a stator with an internal thread. The stator includes a support element and an elastomer part. The support element surrounds the elastomer part in sections around the whole circumference. The stator-rotor system includes a mechanism for adjusting the stator, having two adjustment elements arranged on the stator-rotor system, which are distance-variable relative to one another. In a first working position the two adjustment elements have a first distance from one another and in a second working position, a second distance. The cross-section and the length of the elastomer part of the stator in the second working position are changed compared to the cross-section and the length of the elastomer part in the first working position.

Stator-rotor system and method for adjusting a stator in a stator-rotor system

A stator for eccentric screw pumps with a stator casing for an elastomer body for accommodating a rotor, the elastomer body being provided with at least one collar, wherein the collar is disposed in a recess between the stator casing and a connection body, wherein the fixing of the elastomer body in the stator casing is to be improved. The stator casing includes for this purpose open cavities, recesses and/or elevations at least at one side on the end face.
