Disclosed is a cable screw connection with a cable screw connection insert for inserting into a housing opening of a housing having at least two housing shells, and for securing the cable screw connection insert to the housing. The cable screw connection insert includes an insert element which is equipped with a thread on the exterior of the housing, wherein a mating nut sits on the thread such that the cable screw connection insert can be fixed to the housing by the screw connection of the mating nut against the outer wall in the surroundings of the housing opening. The flange is equipped with a contour which corresponds to an inner contour of at least one of the housing shells in a formfitting and rotationally fixed manner.

A plug connector having two housings and a locking clip and a catch for locking and unlocking the two housings is provided, wherein the locking clip is rotatably mounted on one of the two housings. The catch comprises at least one part and is arranged on the locking clip. It has a folded-out position and a folded-in position. In addition, the catch has at least one articulated connection and is formed in the shape of a Z-beam or Z-support. The catch prevents inadvertent opening and closing of the locking clip with simultaneously simple handling for the user. Methods for locking and unlocking a plug connection are also provided. The catchwhen folded down (FIG.) blocks the locking clipagainst movement to an unlocked position. The catchwhen folded upward (FIG.) permits free motion of the locking clipto the unlocked position to permit separation of the housings.

The connection side of a high-current connector is provided with an insulating bush which is used to maintain the required air gaps and leakage distances between current-conducting and earth-connected parts while allowing a compact installation space.

The aim is to insert cables into a housing with the minimum possible manual effort. In particular, the housing can be the housing of a plug connector, which possesses a modular system. To this end, the use of special pre-opened sealing inserts is proposed to facilitate the corresponding assembly effort and even enable simplified mechanical fitting.

The invention relates to a contact carrier () for holding contact elements and for bringing into contact with a corresponding contact carrier. The contact carrier (), which is made of an insulating material, has a plurality of cavities () in order to hold the contact elements, which cavities extend in a plugging direction through the entire contact carrier () and a retaining region () of the contact carrier and a plugging region () of the contact carrier. According to the invention, the contact carrier () has an insertion bevel (), which insertion bevel makes it easier to bring the contact carrier () into contact with a corresponding contact carrier. The invention relates to improvements in the plugging region in order to avoid incorrect plugging of two contact carriers, in particular a resting of the contact carriers during the plugging process.

The invention relates to a locking apparatus for reversibly locking a plug-type connector housing () with a mating plug housing () provided for this purpose, wherein the locking apparatus (&#x2033;) has at least one locking arm (&#x2033;), wherein the at least one locking arm (&#x2033;) in turn comprises at least one receptacle (&#x2033;), which interacts with bearing pins () integrally formed on the plug-type connector housing () and the mating plug housing () in such a way that the plug-type connector housing () and the mating plug housing are pressed against one another, wherein the at least one locking arm (&#x2033;) consists of an elastomeric material.

In order to separably connect an electric conductor () to a printed circuit board (), it is proposed to insert a connecting element () into an opening () in the printed circuit board (). In this case, a sleeve-like contact region () of the connecting element () is clamped against the inner surface () of the opening () by means of a clamping pin ().

The invention proposes an interlocking device for a two-part plug connector housing that is composed of two punched and bent one-piece interlocking elements in connection with an exchangeable actuating handle. In this case, the interlocking elements feature a clip-on side, by means of which they are engaged in the actuating handle, and an interlocking side that is realized in the form of a C-shaped spring element, rotably held on a pivot pin of the lower plug connector housing half and can be interlocked on a locking pin of the upper plug connector housing half.
