A valve unit includes an actuator, a first valve and a second valve. The first/second valve includes a first/second valve housing and a first/second valve body. The first/second valve body is rotatably arranged in the first/second valve housing. The two valves are arranged coaxially to one another and rotatable about a common adjusting axis. The actuator is non-releasably coupled to the first valve body and releasably coupled to the second valve body via the first valve body. The first valve body is rotatable in a first and second direction of rotation with the actuator. The second valve body in the coupled state is co-rotatable with the first valve body in the first/second direction of rotation and in the decoupled state is not co-rotatable with the first valve body at least in the second direction of rotation. In addition, a method for adjusting the valve unit is provided.

Valve unit

A method for producing a cooling device for cooling a power electronics may include an application step, a preparatory step, and a joining step. The application step may include applying a thin copper layer at least area by area onto a joining side of at least one ceramic plate. The preparatory step may include arranging the at least one ceramic plate with the thin copper layer on at least one of a first upper side of a substantially flat aluminum body and a second upper side of the aluminum body disposed opposite the first upper side. The joining step may include forming a substance-to-substance bond between the joining side of the at least one ceramic plate and the aluminum body via supplying heat.

Method for producing a cooling device, a cooling device and a cooling arrangement

An oil cooler may include at least two heat exchanger plates stacked in a stacking direction, and a cover plate. A fluid channel may extend between the cover plate and the adjacent heat exchanger plate. A thermostatic valve may be connected to the fluid channel in a fluid-transmitting manner via a thermostatic valve housing of the thermostatic valve. The cover plate may include at least two connecting pieces or an adapter plate may be arranged between the cover plate and the thermostatic valve housing and may include at least two connecting pieces. The thermostatic valve housing may include at least two connecting pieces configured complementary to the at least two connecting pieces of the cover plate or the adapter plate, and secured therein. The at least two pieces of the thermostatic valve housing may be soldered in the at least two connecting pieces of the cover plate or the adapter plate.

The assembly support () is characterized in that one of the connecting points () is embodied as a pivot bearing (), and in that the other of the connecting points () is embodied as a clip connection (). In addition, a method for detachably fixing a cooling module () to a assembly support () of a front end of a motor vehicle is proposed.
