The invention relates to a device () for equipping containers (), preferably with labels () or prints. The device has at least one equipping device () for equipping containers () and a planar drive system () with a base element () and at least one movement device (). The at least one movement device () has a container carrier () for holding a container (). The at least one movement device () can be moved to the at least one equipping device () by means of magnetic interaction with the base element () in order to equip the container () held in the container carrier (). The device () can be used very flexibly.

The invention relates to a container processing system (A-U) for processing containers (). The container processing system (A-U) has a plurality of processing units () for processing the containers () and a planar drive system () for transporting the containers (). Furthermore, a label dispenser is provided for equipping the stretching units with the film sleeves. Due to the fact that the removal units include gripping units that can be moved back and forth with respect to the labeling carousel between a gripping position for gripping the containers and an avoidance position for avoiding a collision with the label dispenser, the size and shape of the gripping units can be varied flexibly. Also, an evasion movement of the stretching units in the area of the label dispenser is dispensable.
