A drive unit for a vehicle includes an electric machine and a manual gearbox with at least a first shift element, a second shift element, a third shift element and two planetary gear sets coupled to one another and each having a sun shaft, a hollow gear shaft, and a web shaft. The second hollow gear shaft is connected rotationally fixed to the first web shaft. The first sun shaft is connected to a stationary component. In the respective actuated states, the first shift element locks the first planetary gear set to shift a first gear, the second shift element connects the first hollow gear shaft to the second web shaft to shift a second gear, and the third shift element connects the first hollow gear shaft to the second sun shaft to shift a third gear.

Drive unit for a vehicle

A vehicle drive unit has an electric machine and a manual gearbox with first and second shift elements and two planetary gear sets coupled to one another. Each gear set has a sun shaft, a ring gear shaft, and a web shaft. The second sun shaft is drivable by the electric machine and is configured as an output of the shift gear. The second ring gear shaft is connected rotationally fixed to the first web shaft, and the first sun shaft is connected rotationally fixed to a stationary component. When actuated, the first shift element connects the first ring gear shaft to an element of the first planetary gear set and/or of the second planetary gear set. When actuated, the second shift element connects the first ring gear shaft rotationally fixed to the second sun shaft or the second web shaft in order to shift a second gear.

A planetary gearset () has a planetary carrier () and a plurality of planetary gearwheel axles arranged axially offset relative to one another and on which planetary gearwheels () are mounted to rotate. A first carrier section () is arranged at a first axial end of the planetary gearwheel axles and a second carrier section () is arranged at a second axial end of the planetary gearwheel axles. The first carrier section () is in the form of a casting with the planetary gearwheel axles formed as axially projecting journals () made integrally with the first carrier section (). The second carrier section () is attached as a separate component onto the journals (), and the first carrier section () and the second carrier section () hold the journals () axially at both ends at fixed, unvarying axial distances apart from one another.

Planetary gearset and vehicle driveline

A connection bridge device is suggested for connecting a multipoint link to a vehicle axle, particularly a multipart vehicle axle. The connection bridge device comprises at least one base body for receiving and dissipating forces and/or torques transmitted between the vehicle axle and the multipoint link, at least one axle fastening unit for fastening the base body to the vehicle axle, and at least one link coupling unit for coupling the base body to the multipoint link, which link coupling unit is intersected by a main extension plane of the base body.

Connection bridge device

A stub shaft assembly for an outer planetary axle () of a motor vehicle includes an inner shaft () and an outer shaft () comprising a helically toothed sun gear (). A pair of toothings () with a first helical toothing and a second helical toothing is effective between the inner shaft () and the outer shaft (). Motor vehicle transmission for an at least partially electrically driven motor vehicle

A motor vehicle transmission () has a drive input shaft (), a drive output shaft (), a first planetary gearset (P), and a second planetary gearset (P). The drive input shaft () is provided for coupling to a drive machine. In addition, a first shifting element (A) and a second shifting element (B) are provided, at least functionally. Also disclosed is a drive unit (), a motor vehicle drivetrain, a hybrid or electric vehicle, and a method for operating a motor vehicle transmission.

Claw-type shifting mechanism () with a first sliding sleeve () and a fixed coupling element (). In order to produce a passage, the first sliding sleeve () and the coupling element () each respectively have at least one recess () and at least one web section (), in which the first sliding sleeve () and the coupling element () can be arranged together radially on the outside on a first shaft. The first sliding sleeve () can be displaced along the first shaft and the coupling element () can be connected firmly to the first shaft. The drive arrangement () comprises at least one drive machine, a transmission with a first shaft, a second shaft and a third shaft, a housing, and a claw-type shifting mechanism () of this type.

Dog clutch and drive arrangement

A drive axle of an electric vehicle has first and a second drive wheels (R, R) with wheel axles (a, a), a first electric machine (EM) and a second electric machine (EM) with a common rotation axis (m), a transmission (G) with a transmission input shaft (EW) and a transmission output shaft (AW), and an axle differential (DI) with a differential input (DIK) and two differential output shafts (). The first electric machine (EM) is connected to the transmission input shaft (EW) and the transmission output shaft (AW) is connected to the differential input (DIK).
