The present invention relates to a supply device () for providing at least one supply product, comprising a mounting unit () for mounting the supply device on a support, preferably a ceiling of a room, and an extension arm (), wherein the extension arm () is arranged pivotably around a vertical pivot axis () relative to the mounting unit. A rotatable connection for a stand apparatus to be arranged in an operating room and including an adaptable stop mechanism which can be arranged between a first connection component and a second connection component mounted rotatably around a rotational axis relative to the first connection component and is configured to define at least two different relative rotational angles of the connection components or at least two different rotational ranges is provided. A carrier system or a stand apparatus having such a rotatable connection is also provided.

Rotatable connection with rotational angle limitation

A stand apparatus, which can be built and assembled/disassembled in a modular manner, is shown and described. In particular embodiments, a bushing for a stand apparatus for arrangement in an operation theater, comprising a coupling part, by means of which the bushing can be mounted on a connecting component of the stand apparatus about a rotational axis and/or along the rotational axis in a height-adjustable manner&#x2014;in particular, on a spindle&#x2014;and a section on which the bushing can be connected to a support arm of the stand apparatus, wherein the section is a mounting section, by means of which the bushing can be mounted on the support arm in a reversible manner&#x2014;in particular, by means of one or more fastening means. Further embodiments comprise a support arm for fastening to a bushing, as well as a support system, consisting of at least one such bushing and one such support arm.

A rotatable connection for a mount device for placement in an operating room includes an adjustable stopping mechanism that can be disposed between a first connection component and a second connection component that is mounted rotatably relative to the first connection component about an axis of rotation. The adjustable stopping mechanism may be adapted to establish at least two different relative rotational angles of the connection components relative to one another or at least two different rotation ranges. The adjustable stopping mechanism includes a rotation lock that can be disposed non-rotatingly at the first connection component and a coupling part that can be disposed non-rotatingly at the second connection component and that has a form-locking contour for establishing individual rotational angle positions, and may include a stopping device with an integral stop. The stopping device may be non-rotatingly positionable. A support system or mount device are also provided.

Rotatable connection with limited rotational angle

A mounting device for mounting a stand device under a ceiling in an operating room incorporates a mounting apparatus extending in the longitudinal direction along a mounting axis configured to bear a connection component of the stand device, in particular a spindle; and a ceiling flange configured to mount the mounting apparatus under the ceiling and to support the stand device on the ceiling; wherein the ceiling flange is mountable in different mounting positions along the mounting axis relative to the mounting apparatus on the mounting apparatus in a way that the mounting device is configured to hold the stand device in a height variable manner in different, in particular predefined, height positions. The invention further relates to a mounting system including such a mounting device.

A rotatable connection for a mounting device for arrangement in an operating room, the rotatable connection includes an adjustable stop mechanism, which can be disposed between a first connection component and a second connection component, and is configured to define at least two different relative rotational angles of the connection components relative to each other or at least two different ranges or rotation. The adjustable stop mechanism includes at least one stop device having a respective counterstop, which is axially disposed between a first part and a second part that are each mounted in a torsion-proof manner. The at least one stop device is configured to define the different relative rotational angles or ranges of rotation by way of the respective counterstop. The invention further relates a support system or a mounting device comprising such a rotatable connection, and to a method for setting the adjustable stop mechanism.

A carrier arm joint device for a carrier arm of a stand device for arranging in the operating room and for displacing a medical device held on the carrier arm is configured for setting a payload corresponding to a weight of the medical device to be taken up by the carrier arm. The device includes at least one pivot axis for mounting at least one strut of the carrier arm, respectively; and a support axis for supporting a lever configured to transmit forces holding the carrier arm between the strut and the carrier arm joint device A distance between the axes is adjustable within an adjustment range in order to set the payload; the size and/or the extent of the adjustment range is independent of the position of the pivot axis. It is possible to maximize the adjustment range and therefore the payload spectrum in a comparatively compact and structurally rigid joint. A carrier system and a stand device can include at least one such carrier arm joint device.

Support joint for a carrier arm of a medical stand device

A movement-tolerant wiring arrangement for, among other things, a stand device configured for arrangement in an operating room incorporates a mounting apparatus for movement-tolerant mounting of at least one line, for example a cable, about an axis of rotation between two connection components that are displaceable, such as being twistable, relative to one another; and a fastening apparatus for arranging the at least one line relative to one of the connection components, for example at a socket of the stand device; wherein the mounting apparatus is fixable to the fastening apparatus and configured for movement-tolerant, such as, rotation-tolerant guidance of the at least one line about the axis of rotation and/or in the direction at least approximately parallel to the axis of rotation. Furthermore, a rotary joint, a socket or a stand device, respectively, can incorporate such a wiring arrangement, and can use of such a wiring arrangement at a stand device, for example, in the operating room.

A rotatable connection for a stand apparatus for arrangement in an operating room, including an adjustable stop mechanism, which can be arranged between a first connection component and a second connection component mounted rotatably about a rotational axis relative to the first connection component and which is configured to define different rotational angles or rotation ranges of the connection components relative to each other. The adjustable stop mechanism includes: a stop ring which can be mounted to the first connection component in an anti-rotational manner, an anti-rotation device, a stop device with a counter stop, and a rotary block. The stop device can be positioned at the anti-rotation device in different rotational angle positions in an anti-rotational manner. A support system or a stand apparatus with such a rotatable connection and a method for adjusting the adjustable stop mechanism are provided.

Rotatable connection with a rotational angle limitation

A securing element for securing a spindle in a bushing, in particular for a medical stand device, includes a supporting portion configured to arrange the securing element in a predefined axial position on a supporting apparatus of the stand device, and an engagement portion configured to interact with a spindle rotatably supportable about an axis of rotation in the supporting apparatus, or a pin of the stand device, to secure the spindle or pin in a predefined axial position relative to the supporting apparatus rotatably within the supporting apparatus. The securing element can be supported in at least one radial position on the supporting apparatus, in particular in a mounting preparation position and/or a securing position, wherein the engagement portion is configured to interact with the spindle or the pin by engagement in the radial direction, in particular in the securing position. The securing element may also be secured in several radial positions and comprise coupling portions that are formed correspondingly. Also disclosed are components correspondingly formed to the securing element, in particular a supporting apparatus, a cover for the supporting apparatus, and a coupling element; and a securing system, or a securing mechanism, or a mounting set each comprising at least one securing element according to the invention.

A rotational device for rotating an endoscope having an operating element for moving a movable assembly of the endoscope includes a rotatable assembly, to which an endoscope is connectable, a stationary assembly, relative to which the rotatable assembly is rotatable, a first drive means for rotating the rotatable assembly relative to the stationary assembly in order to put a shaft of an endoscope connected to the rotatable assembly into rotational motion about a longitudinal axis of the endoscope, and a second drive means for moving an operating element of the endoscope connected to the rotatable assembly relative to the shaft of the endoscope in order to move an assembly of the endoscope, which assembly is movable by means of the operating element.

A mounting device for a stand device for arrangement in the operating room and to position or displace a medical apparatus in the operating room, in particular by means of a rotational movement, incorporates a mounting apparatus, which extends along an axis of rotation in a longitudinal direction and has a cavity, which in particular is cylindrical and which is oriented in the longitudinal direction, for accommodating a rotatably supportable connection component of the stand device, in particular a spindle; and an adjustment apparatus for arranging the connection component in a position, which can be predefined, in relation to the mounting apparatus; wherein the mounting device forms a rotational coupling for supporting the connection component on the mounting apparatus, which rotational coupling can be adjusted about the axis of rotation. The invention further relates to a mounting system including such a mounting device.
