Disclosed is a process for producing an alloyed, in particular multiple-alloyed aluminide or chromide layer on a component by alitizing or chromizing. First a green compact layer () consisting of a binder () and metal particles () is deposited on the component () to be coated and then alitizing or chromizing is carried out, binder and metal particles being deposited on the component separately from one another, first the binder and then the metal particles. A turbine component produced by this process is also disclosed.

Aluminide or chromide coatings of cavities

Disclosed is a coating for protecting a component against high temperatures and aggressive media, which coating has at least one subregion whose main constituent is chromium. The layer additionally comprises aluminum, the chromium content at least in the subregion in which chromium is the main constituent being greater than 30% by weight and the aluminum content being greater than or equal to 5% by weight. The invention further provides a process for producing such a coating, comprising chromizing the surface to be coated and subsequently alitizing the chromium-rich layer produced during chromizing.

The method for configuring the functional properties of an audiological device in the form of a hearing aid initially provides a hearing aid with an IC that can be differently configured in view of its properties, permitting configuration upgrade information to be employed that is either distributed to middlemen via a separate data carrier or transmitted on-line from a data store of the manufacturer to a programming station of the middleman. The middleman has the possibility of himself upgrading hearing aids initially present as basic hearing aids in customized fashion, the configuration information being used for this purpose and the hearing manufacturer being paid for this.

Method for configuring the functional properties of an audiological device

In the automatic equipping of, for example, printed circuit boards with components, the problem of the unknown position of the component legs occurs. According to the invention, the positions of the component legs in a component picked up by a gripper are measured by a sensor immediately before plug-in. This sensor is essentially composed of two independently horizontally movable perforated plates, each including an infrared emitting diode which emits onto a stationary position photodiode situated therebelow. The measured result can be employed for the positional correction or for the rejection or acceptance of the component.
