A method for jointing elements, each having a cutout, on a shaft by a device for producing a control shaft, comprises disposing the elements vertically above one another, aligned, and fixed. The method also comprises pushing the shaft in vertically from above though the cutouts of the elements by a traversable guide carriage of the device and displacing by a pneumatic piston of the device the traversable guide carriage and the shaft attached thereto until a maximum first press-in force is reached. The method further comprises displacing by at least two spindles of an electric spindle drive of the device the traversable guide carriage and the shaft when the maximum first press-in force is exceeded.

Device for jointing a plurality of elements on a shaft

A device for jointing a plurality of elements, each comprising a cutout for a shaft, in a predetermined angular position on the shaft, may include a traversable guide carriage configured to push the shaft from above through the cutouts of the elements. The device may also include an electrical spindle drive and a pneumatic piston for displacing the traversable guide carriage.

A device for positioning a number of function elements, each having a recess for a shaft, in a predetermined angle position on the shaft, may include a plurality of support balconies arranged one above the other, each being destined for a function element. A movable guide carriage may be configured to enable the shaft to be push the shaft from above through the recesses of the function elements. The support balconies may each include at least one gripper respectively fixing one function element. The at least one gripper may be arranged on an associated gripper carriage and may be adjustable in an x-direction and a y-direction relative to the associated gripper carriage and the support balcony. The associated gripper carriage may be mounted on the support balcony so as to be rotatable about a z-axis.

Device for positioning a number of elements

A device for heating a plurality of functional or receiving elements, such as a cam, balancing mass, gearwheel and/or a bearing, may include a plurality of holding balconies disposed above one another along an axis each associated with a respective receiving element, a plurality of workstations includes a loading station, a heating station and an unloading station, and an induction heating device including a plurality of accommodation elements. The plurality of holding balconies may be individually movable in an axial direction of an axis, and/or having a greater spacing in the axial direction with respect to one another in the loading station and/or the unloading station than in the heating station. The plurality of accommodation elements may be jointly adjustable in the axial direction.
