Rail fastening system for fastening at least one rail () to a rail substrate, preferably a solid travel path, which comprises: a rail support plate () arranged for holding the rail (), wherein the rail () in the mounted state is in contact with the rail support plate and is fastened thereto by a rail mount (); a base plate () arranged for fastening the rail support plate () on the rail substrate, wherein the rail support plate () in the mounted state is fastened on the base plate () by way of one or more, preferably two, retaining elements () and the base plate () is in contact with the rail substrate; wherein the base plate () is of multi-part, preferably two-part, construction so that this is adjustable to different dimensions of the rail support plate ().

A holddown assembly fastens a railway rail to a transversely extending hollow sleeper formed with a vertically throughgoing hole. An upwardly projecting lateral brace element is provided on the sleeper offset from the hole, and the assembly has a body fitted between the rail and the brace element and transversely bracing the rail against the brace element. An anchor of the assembly is engaged through the hole, projects upward from the sleeper, is transversely shiftable in the hole, and bears upward on the sleeper. A spring clip is pressed by the anchor down against the rail and presses the rail down against the metal sleeper.

The invention relates to a rail attachment system () for attaching a rail () to a concrete support slab () or a concrete sleeper () or to a steel structure comprising an intermediate plate (), a rail attachment plate () with angle guide plates () arranged thereon, at least two first tensioning clamps () for clamping the rail foot () to the rail attachment plate () as well as screws () and/or ankle bolts () and at least two second tensioning clamps for screwing the rail attachment system () to the underlying surface, characterized in that an elastic intermediate layer () is arranged between the rail () and the rail attachment plate (), and the intermediate plate () is composed of a highly elastic material and/or comprises a steel plate (), at least two second tensioning clamps () for clamping the rail attachment plate () to the substructure, preferably via the intermediate plate (), wherein the first and second tensioning clamps () are embodied in a highly elastic fashion with a high tensioning force, are provided, and at least one upper sliding plate () is arranged between the rail foot () and a first tensioning clamp (), and at least one lower sliding plate () is arranged between the rail foot () and the elastic intermediate layer () and is attached by means of a steel support () in the case of a steel substructure.

Rail attachment system for junction areas

Rail-fastening system for the non-positive resilient fastening of a rail () on a sleeper () of a railway track installation, comprising at least one angle guide plate (), which can be fixed to the sleeper () with at least one screw (), and at least one clamp (), characterized in that the bending radii of the clamp arms () of the clamp () preferably lie in the range from 18-70 mm, wherein the ratio of mutually adjacent bending radii within each clamping arm is &#x2266;1.9 and the ratio of the greatest to the smallest bending radius thereof is &#x2266;3.8, and in that the ratio of weight to width of the angle guide plate is &#x3c;1.3 g/mm, preferably about 1.25 g/mm.
