A pressure compensated solenoid valve with fluid flow force balancing is provided. The solenoid valve includes an armature and a valve plunger arranged to transport hydraulic fluid from a supply end of a valve plunger to an upper end of the armature facilitating a resultant upper fluid force that acts upon the upper end of the armature to balance a resultant lower fluid force that acts on the supply end of the valve plunger. The solenoid valve includes a poppet that is configured as a pressure-relief valve for maintaining a minimum fluid pressure within an actuation fluid gallery. An inlet fluid force of the poppet is balanced by an outlet fluid force of the poppet.

An actuator () including at least one electromagnet (, a magnet housing (), at least one thrust pin () and at least one movable armature () with a respective plunger () that is movable in an axial direction is provided. When the at least one electromagnet () is energized, an axial movement of the at least one armature () can be transmitted via the at least one plunger () to the at least one thrust pin (). At least one lever () is provided which is pivotably mounted on one side in the magnet housing () and with which at least one plunger () and the at least one thrust pin () are operatively connected such that the axial movement of the at least one plunger () can be transmitted to the at least one thrust pin ().

A non-return valve is installed in the pressurized flow feed line or in the ring-shaped groove that is arranged in the sleeve housing.

Control valve for hydraulic media

A filter element for a control valve of a camshaft adjuster. The filter element has an annular filter fabric for extracting particles, and a gripping frame for fastening the annular filter fabric. The gripping frame is designed here for the planar bracing of the annular filter fabric on the control valve. Furthermore, a control valve is disclosed for a camshaft adjuster with a corresponding filter element.

Electromagnetic hydraulic valve

A proportional magnet for a hydraulic directional control valve and a method for the production thereof. The proportional magnet has a coil unit, a bearing unit and a pole disk. The coil unit has a cylindrical coil, a cylindrical magnet casing surrounding the coil, an annular yoke disc arranged at a face of the magnet casing and a housing. The bearing unit has a yoke with a first bearing point, a pole core with a second bearing point, and an armature unit with a magnet armature and a pressure pin. The bearing points and armature unit are aligned coaxially by a centering sleeve. When mounting the proportional magnet, the bearing unit is inserted into a cylindrical opening of the coil unit and the pole disc is put on the coil unit after the bearing unit is inserted for axially fixating the bearing unit and closing the magnetic circuit.

Proportional magnet for a hydraulic directional control valve and method for the production thereof

An electromagnetic actuating unit for a hydraulic directional control valve and a method for the assembly thereof. The actuating unit has a coil for generating a magnetic field, a yoke unit with a yoke and a yoke plate, and a pole core unit with a pole core and a housing for conducting a magnetic flux, and an armature unit which is arranged in the magnetic field of the coil and has an armature and a pressure pin as an actuator. The armature unit can be displaced in the direction of the longitudinal axis thereof in a first bearing point in the yoke unit and in a second bearing point in the pole core unit. At least one of the hearing points can be displaced in the radial direction during assembly of the actuating unit and can be fixed after a coaxial orientation of both bearing points.

A control valve () for a device () for modifying the control times of gas exchange valves () of an internal combustion engine () is provided.
