A coupling includes a claw part and an intermediate piece. The intermediate piece includes a tube piece produced from aluminum or from an aluminum alloy, and a buffer part received in an end region of the tube piece and including elastic damping elements for receiving the claw part. The damping elements are surrounded by the end region radially at an outside in a circumferential direction. The buffer part includes a part which is different from the damping elements and is produced from a material of a brittleness which is greater than a brittleness of the tube piece.

A multi-disk coupling includes a first flange, a second flange, and a disk pack via which the first and second flanges are connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner. A first fastener connects the multi-disk to one of the first and second flanges, and a second fastener is detachably connected to the first fastener and connected to the multi-disk via a material-fit connection.

A multi-plate clutch includes a plate fin and first and second flanges connected to one another in a torque-transmitting manner via the plate fin. A screw fastener braces the plate fin on a first lamellar bore with the first flange, and a first spacer element is arranged on the plate fin to support a first axial movement of the second flange.

A multi-plate coupling includes two connecting flanges and an intermediate member arranged between the connecting flanges. A plate pack crown is arranged between each of the connecting flanges and the intermediate member. The plate pack crown is alternately connected to the associated connecting flange and the intermediate member by screw fasteners which are guided through continuous fastening bores arranged in the plate pack crown. At least one of the fastening bores of the plate pack crown has a contour diverging from the circular shape. A positive-locking element having a corresponding outer contour is inserted into the fastening bore. A component bears on the outer contour of the positive-locking element in a positive-locking manner and provides a bending edge for the plate pack crown.

Multi-plate coupling

A claw coupling includes two coupling elements disposed in opposite relationship and having confronting end face surfaces from which claws engage alternately into one another. A pressure body ring, disposed between the two coupling elements, includes a ring element and pressure bodies which project radially outwards from the ring element and are respectively received between two adjacently disposed claws of the coupling elements. Some pressure bodies have each an axially projecting spacer with a contact surface which, when a predefined torque is transmitted via the claw coupling, is pressed against a contact surface area of the end face surface of an adjacent coupling element. The contact surface area is slanted or curved such that, in a no-load state of the claw coupling an axial distance between the contact surface of the spacer and the contact surface area of the end face surface increases in a radially outwards direction.

Claw coupling

A pressure body arrangement for a claw coupling includes a pressure body ring made of elastic material. The pressure body ring includes a ring element and pressure bodies which project radially outwards from the ring element. The ring element has an inner circumference which is provided with a circumferential slot-shaped cutout. Inserted in the slot-shaped cutout such as to be releasable non-destructively is a strengthening ring which is made from a material having a strength which is greater that a strength of the elastic material of the pressure body ring.

Pressure body arrangement for a claw coupling

A claw coupling includes two coupling elements having claws which engage alternately into one another and have confronting concave claw surfaces configured to follow a first circular track. Disposed between the coupling elements is a pressure body arrangement having pressure bodies respectively received between the claws of one coupling element and the claws of the other coupling element. The pressure bodies have convex pressure body surfaces which engage during a torque transmission with the claw surfaces of the claws. Each pressure body surface is configured to follow a second circular track, with the radius of the first circular track and the radius of the second circular track touching one another at a radially innermost point of the claw surface which is disposed on a common straight line having a center point of the first circular track and a center point of the second circular track.
