A capacitive reading device for a pointer instrument, wherein n radial electrodes alternating with radial counter electrodes are arranged opposite the pointer instrument in an arc to capacitively detect the position of a rotating pointer of the pointer instrument, where the counter electrodes are electrically connected to one another and connected to a first measurement connection of a capacitance digital converter, the n electrodes are connected to a second measurement connection of the capacitance digital converter via an n×k connection matrix and a downstream 1-of-k multiplexer, the n×k connection matrix connects each of the n electrodes to in each case one of k channels of the 1-of-k multiplexer, the connection pattern varies along the arc with n variations of b from k, and where n>k≥b>1.

An optical reading device for a pointer instrument which has a pointer and a scale face or dial with different degrees of reflectance in each case, includes an illumination device for illuminating the scale face or dial and a plurality of light sensor elements which are arranged in a circular arc about the rotational axis of the pointer in order to detect the light of the illumination device reflected back by the scale face or dial, wherein the illumination device is configured to uniformly illuminate the scale face or dial and each light sensor element is configured with an isosceles triangle outline, where each light sensor element is offset with respect to one another by half of the base width in the circumferential direction of the circular arc.

A measuring sensor includes a housing in which an acceleration sensor is arranged and in which a circuit board is retained with a sensor electronics arranged thereon and a mounting element functions to secure the measuring sensor to a test object, wherein the acceleration sensor is mechanically rigidly coupled to the mounting element and connected to the sensor electronics via a flexible line connection, where in order to optimize the coupling of the acceleration sensor to the test object to be monitored, in terms of detecting oscillations, vibrations or structure-borne noise, the acceleration sensor is directly connected to the mounting element without mechanical contact with the housing, and the housing is retained elastically on the mounting element and supported by the mounting element.

A thermoresistive gas sensor includes two identical, flat meshes that consist of a semiconductor material with a predetermined type of conductivity and that are interconnected in sections of an electric measuring bridge that are diametrically opposite one another, wherein each mesh of the two identical, flat meshes has mesh webs that extend parallel, adjacent to one another and that are connected electrically in parallel at the ends, where the mesh webs of the two meshes extend alternately adjacent to one another in a shared mesh plane horizontally across a window opening in a carrier plate.

Thermoresistive gas sensor

A thermoresistive gas sensor, e.g. for a flow sensor or a thermal conductivity detector, has a lattice with lattice webs, which consist of a semiconductor material arranged in the plane of the lattice in parallel next to one another, wherein the semiconductor material is formed on a plate-shaped semiconductor substrate that extends over a window-like cutout in the semiconductor substrate and forms the lattice, where the semiconductor layer is doped outside the cutout in areas of two ends of the lattice at least over the width of the lattice until it degenerates and/or bears metallizations, where the semiconductor layer further contains a separation structure insulating the two ends of the lattice from one another, in which the semiconductor material is removed or is not doped, and where the lattice webs extend in an S shape and are connected electrically in parallel to achieve a high measurement sensitivity and mechanical stability.

A pressure sensor assembly that includes a tube, wherein a membrane to which the pressure to be measured is applied is arranged in the cross-section of the tube, where the membrane has a high flexural rigidity in its central region and is mounted in an elastic manner in the axial direction in the edge region in the tube, two limbs are used to elastically mount the membrane, the mutually facing sides of the two limbs being provided with elongation sensors for detecting an axial movement of the membrane, the movement depending on the pressure to be measured, and where the sensors advantageously do not contact the process medium and a pressure-tight feedthrough for electric signals is not required such that the pressure sensor assembly has a particularly simple structural design and can be used advantageously in measurement converters for process instrumentation.

Passive heat dissipation for multi-stage sensor processing

The invention relates to a mixing device for mixing substances with a valve control disk and a fixed valve seat disk having at least two groups of openings each of which consists of at least three through openings. A first opening is an inlet for a substance, a second opening connects to a mixing path and a third opening bridges the mixing path. The valve control disk has a first and second recess and is arranged parallel to the valve seat disk and a flow is realized via the first recess between the first and second opening and via the second recess between the first and third opening. The first opening is superimposed by the first and second recesses and a superimposed surface area remains constant. The total superimposed surfaces of the first openings by the first recesses and by the second recesses are also constant.
