The invention relates to a method for remotely handling a conspicuity pattern or error report of a means of transport (-) comprising the steps of: receiving the conspicuity pattern of error report (ER) from the means of transport (-) on a back-end server (); automatically determining an error pattern (F-F) stored on the back-end server () as a function of the error report (ER), in response thereto automatically determining a configuration requirement as a function of the stored knowledge; automatically generating and sending a configuration request representing a union set of the respective configuration requirements to the means of transport (-); receiving () a configuration specification in response to the configuration request on the back-end server (); and automatically determining an action, like e.g. a troubleshooting operation or an information based on the configuration specification by the back-end server ().

A stationary storage device temporarily stores electric energy in an electric supply grid, and includes at least one electric storage unit, each electric storage unit being connected to a common DC bus by a respective DC-DC converter. The stationary storage device includes a bidirectionally operated AC-DC converter that couples the common DC bus to the electric supply grid, and a charging device that exchanges energy with an electrically operated motor vehicle. The charging device includes a connection device that connects the electrically operated motor vehicle in order to exchange the energy, and a charge control device that controls the exchange of said energy. A coupling device electrically connects the connection device to the common DC bus via one or more DC-DC converters in order to exchange said energy.

An electrical energy-storage unit has a plurality of electrically coupled and interchangeable storage modules each with a multiplicity of storage cells connected in series or in parallel. The energy-storage unit has storage modules of a first type, which have a certain energy density. The energy-storage unit has storage modules of a second type which have a higher energy density than the storage modules of the first type. At least two storage modules of the second type fit into the spatial volume of a storage module of the first type.
