A fluid management module for cooling an electric energy store by immersion cooling is disclosed. The fluid management module includes a fluid path for a cooling medium comprising an inlet connection and an outlet connection. A heat exchanger and a filter device are arranged in the fluid path. A valve device is arranged in the fluid path between the inlet connection and the outlet connection. A service inlet connection communicates with the fluid path between the valve device and the outlet connection and a service outlet connection communicates with the fluid path between the inlet connection and the heat exchanger, for fluidically connecting the fluid path with a service unit containing a cooling medium reservoir for the cooling medium.

Fluid management module for cooling an electric energy store by means of immersion cooling

A device for filling and maintenance of a system with a battery that is cooled by a coolant is disclosed. The device includes a control arrangement that, for a first filling of the system with the coolant: checks a system path for leakages via a leakage-checking arrangement; in the absence of leakage, fills the system with coolant via a coolant reservoir; flushes the system with coolant such that the coolant circulates along the system path through the system and the device; checks a quality of the coolant via an analysis arrangement during flushing, and cleans the coolant via a cleaning arrangement; and completes the first filling when the quality lies above a predetermined value range.

Device for the filling and maintenance of a system with a battery

A system for a motor vehicle may include a reservoir, a plurality of lubricant paths extending through the reservoir, a plurality of coolant paths extending through the reservoir, a plurality of delivery devices attached to the reservoir, and a plurality of coolers attached to the reservoir. The reservoir may include two sumps for lubricant. The reservoir may include (i) a plurality of reservoir lubricant inlet connections and a plurality of reservoir lubricant outlet connections through which the lubricant paths extend, (ii) a plurality of reservoir coolant inlet connections and a plurality of reservoir coolant outlet connections through which the coolant paths extend, (iii) a plurality of fluidic pump connections fluidically connected to the plurality of delivery devices, and (iv) a plurality of reservoir lubricant outlets, a plurality of reservoir lubricant inlets, a plurality of reservoir coolant outlets, and a plurality of reservoir coolant inlets fluidically connected to the coolers.

A temperature-control device of an energy store, e.g., in a motor vehicle, is disclosed. The temperature-control device includes a first circuit, in which a first heat transfer unit and the energy store to be temperature-controlled are arranged and connected to one another in a heat-transferring manner via a first heat transfer medium, and a second circuit, in which a second heat transfer unit and the first heat transfer unit are arranged and connected to one another in a heat-transferring manner via a second heat transfer medium. In at least one line of the first circuit and/or at least one line of the second circuit a predetermined breaking point and/or a predetermined bending point is arranged which upon a predefined force effect interrupts a flow of fluid therethrough.

Temperature-control device for an energy store

A fluid cell for an assembly and for filtering oil includes a fluid cell housing with a housing opening and partly surrounds a housing interior, a housing cover attached releasably to the fluid cell housing for closing the housing opening, and a filter device arranged in the housing interior for filtering the oil, in which a filter element is arranged and which fluidically communicates with a raw oil line for conducting the oil to be filtered into the filter device and with a clean oil line for conducting the filtered oil out of the filter device. An oil reservoir is arranged in the housing interior for storing oil, which fluidically communicates with an oil reservoir line for conducting oil out of the oil reservoir, and a fluid cell valve device for closing and opening the raw oil line, the clean oil line, and the oil reservoir line.

An energy-storage arrangement for, e.g., an electric or hybrid vehicle includes an energy-storage device including energy-storage cells arranged in a housing. The housing includes an inlet and an outlet for a temperature-control fluid, that may provide for direct temperature control of the energy-storage cells in the housing. The energy-storage arrangement further includes a temperature-control-fluid circuit, in which the housing, a pump for conveying the temperature-control fluid, and a heat-transfer device are arranged. A water-separator for separating or discharging water from the temperature-control fluid may be provided in the temperature-control-fluid circuit.

Energy-storage arrangement for an electric or hybrid vehicle

A filter element for a filter device may include a support structure extending along an axial direction, on which on a circumference side an annular filter medium consisting of filter material may be arranged, and an annular first end disc having a passage opening through which a first pin element may be passed, so that the first pin element may project out of the passage opening along the axial direction, wherein a second pin element may axially project from the first end disc laterally spaced apart from the first pin element.

Filter element for a filter device

A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine may include a first tank and a second tank connected to each other via a fuel line. A first pump and a first fuel filter may be arranged between the first tank and the second tank. A second fuel pump and a second fuel filter may be arranged between the second tank and the engine. The first fuel filter may have a water separator. A first return line may be fluidly connected to the engine on an inlet side and to the second tank on an outlet side and/or the first fuel filter on a raw side. A preheating valve may be arranged in the first return line and be configured to distribute the fuel flowing back from the engine to the first fuel filter and/or the second tank. A second return line may connect the first and second tank.
