The invention relates to a method for sending control data in a hybrid wireless/broadcast network system, said network system comprising a broadcast network dedicated to transmission of broadcast services through at least a broadcast cell and a wireless network dedicated to transmission of at least a service through a plurality of cells, a cover area of the broadcast cell covering, at least partially, a cover area of a first cell and a cover area of a second cell among the plurality of cells, said method comprising: when control data related to a service of the first cell is identical to control data related to a service of a second cell, sending the control data through the broadcast cell.

Method for offloading control data in a mobile network

The invention relates to a method for transmitting redundancy data in an hybrid broadband/broadcast network system comprising a broadcast network dedicated to transmission of broadcast services and a broadband network dedicated to transmission of at least unicast services, the method being carried out in at least one network entity and comprising the following steps: &#x2014;selecting () a transmission mode for transmitting redundancy data among a plurality of transmission modes supported by the broadband network; &#x2014;obtaining () redundancy data, said redundancy data comprising information for decoding broadcast services broadcasted by the broadcast network; &#x2014;transmitting (), via at least one node of the broadband network, the obtained redundancy data according to the selected transmission mode.
