An accumulator arrangement for a motor vehicle may include an accumulator housing, at least one transverse beam, and at least one battery module. The accumulator housing may include a first housing part and a second housing part, and may define a receiving space. The at least one transverse beam may be arranged on the accumulator housing and divide the receiving space at least partially into a first region and a second region. The at least one battery module may be arranged at least one of in the first region and in the second region. In a region of a connection site between the first housing part and the second housing part, the at least one transverse beam may include a positioning arrangement configured to provide a simplified and guided connecting of the first housing part with the second housing part.

Accumulator arrangement

A rechargeable battery arrangement for an electric or hybrid vehicle may include a plurality of battery modules and a module connector arrangement electrically contact-connecting adjacent battery modules when in a switching position and electrically separating the adjacent battery modules when in a basic position. The module connector arrangement may include a plurality of module connectors each secured to a respective battery module and including a positive pole contact element and a negative pole contact element. Each respective module connector may be secured to a respective battery module and may include a guide device. The guide device may include an actuating. At least one of a positive pole contact element and a negative pole contact element of a battery module is electrically interconnectable to at least one of the positive pole contact element and the negative pole contact element of an adjacent battery module when the actuating element is actuated.

Rechargeable battery arrangement for an electric or hybrid vehicle

A heat exchanger for the temperature control of a battery may include a first cover and a second cover between which a supporting frame may be arranged in a sandwiched manner. The supporting frame may surround a passage opening in which at least one thermoelectric element may be arranged. At least one fluid channel for the flow of a fluid therethrough may be formed in the first cover. The heat exchanger may also include a plurality of clip-like fastening elements mounted on an outer circumferential edge, which may be formed by the first and second covers and the supporting frame, along a circumferential direction. The fastening elements may press the first and second covers against one another and against the supporting frame.

Heat exchanger for the temperature control of a battery

A temperature control apparatus for the temperature control of an electrical power supply unit may include a cooling device, at least one heating device, and a heat transfer component. The heat transfer component may provide a thermal coupling for the cooling device and the at least one heating device. The cooling device, the at least one heating device, and the heat transfer component may be thermally coupled to each other and stacked one on top of the other in a stacking direction. The cooling device may include at least one fluid path through which a fluid is flowable. The at least one heating device may include at least one electrical heating element arranged between an electrically conductive first contact plate and an electrically conductive second contact plate. The heat transfer component may also include a first side that faces the first contact plate and includes at least one recess.

Temperature control apparatus for the temperature control of an electric power supply unit

A battery cooling device may include a refrigeration circuit configured to communicate a refrigerant in a flow direction. The refrigeration circuit may include a plurality of refrigerant paths configured to be flowed through in parallel by the refrigerant along the flow direction. The plurality of refrigerant paths may respectively include at least one of a cooling element and a cooling element section. The at least one of the cooling element and the cooling element section may be fluidically incorporated into the respective refrigerant paths and be thermally coupled in a heat-transmitting manner to at least one battery. A plurality of valve devices may be arranged in the respective refrigerant paths and be configured to control a throughflow of the refrigerant.

Battery cooling device and associated operating method

A heat exchanger component of a temperature control system of an electrical energy store may include a carrier material and at least two layers. The at least two layers may include a first layer composed of an electrically insulating material and a second layer that may facilitate temperature control via at least one of cooling and heating the electrical energy store.

Heat exchanger component

A thermoelectric temperature-control unit may include a first contact plate, a second contact plate, and at least one plate-shaped thermoelectric transducer. The thermoelectric transducer may have a first transducer side and a second transducer side facing away from the first transducer side. The thermoelectric transducer may be coupled to the first contact plate on the first transducer side and coupled to the second contact plate on the second transducer side. At least one of the first contact plate and the second contact plate may include a coupling zone on a respective inner side. A circumference of the coupling zone may be surrounded by a groove. A heat-conducting material may be arranged in the groove and along the coupling zone, and may directly contact the i) respective inner side and ii) one of the first transducer side and the second transducer side facing the respective inner side.

Thermoelectric temperature-control unit and temperature-control device

A cooling plate with a structural plate and a cover plate, wherein the structural plate has a channel-like recess which is enclosed by a raised edge region. The cover plate rests on the raised edge region and covers the channel-like recess in order to form a channel. Openings with connection elements arranged at the openings are provided in the structural plate and/or in the cover plate in order to let a fluid into the channel and to let a fluid out of the channel. A first mounting opening, which is in the form of a round hole, and a second mounting opening, which is in the form of an elongate hole, are provided in both the structural plate and in the cover plate, the respective first and second mounting openings being aligned with one another in order to receive a pin for fixing the two plates during a soldering process.

Cooling plate

A thermoelectric generator for a motor vehicle may include a housing. The housing may define a housing interior space. An outer thermal insulation may be arranged in the housing interior space. The outer thermal insulation may at least partially envelope an insulation interior space. A plurality of first stack discs and a plurality of second stack discs may be alternately stacked along a stack direction within the insulation interior space. The alternately stacked plurality of first stack discs and second stack discs may form a plurality of stack disc pairs. Each of the plurality of stack disc pairs may include a first stack disc and a second stack disc. The first stack disc and the second stack disc may define a gas flow path. At least one tube body may be positioned within at least one intermediate space defined between at least a first stack disc pair of the plurality of stack disc pairs and a second stack disc pair of the plurality of stack disc pairs adjacent to the first stack disc pair in the stack direction. The at least one tube body may define a coolant flow path. The at least one first stack disc pair may be in fluid communication with the at least one second stack disc pair via at least one connecting gas flow path. A thermoelectric module having at least one thermoelectrically active element may be disposed within the at least one intermediate space between the gas flow path and the coolant flow path. The thermoelectric module may include a hot side in thermal contact with the gas flow path and a cold side in thermal contact with the coolant flow path. An inner thermal insulation having at least one thermal insulation element may be disposed within the insulation interior space. The inner thermal insulation may be constructed and arranged to thermally insulate the gas flow path relative to the coolant flow path.

Thermoelectric generator, in particular for a motor vehicle

A temperature control device for tempering of a battery may include a cooling device configured to be flowed through by a coolant for cooling the battery, an electric heating module configured to heat the battery and a heat transmission component configured to thermally couple the cooling device and the electric heating module to the battery. The battery may be temperature-controlled. The heat transmission component may have a recess. An electric heating module may be received in the recess and may be secured to the heat transmission component via an adhesive connection. The recess may be arranged on a first side comprising one of an upper side or underside of the heat transmission component. The electric heating module may be received in the recess and may terminate flush with the first side. The cooling device may lie in a planar manner against the first side of the heat transmission component.

Temperature control device for tempering a battery

The invention relates to an apparatus for conducting a fluid, in particular a cooling fluid for cooling components to be cooled, in particular for cooling electronics components and/or battery cells and/or battery modules, having a first covering plate and a second covering plate and having a structural mesh between the two covering plates for defining a spatial region, through which flow can pass, a division being provided by reshaping of the structural mesh and/or by introduction of a sealant for at least partially sealing the spatial region with respect to an outer space and/or for dividing the spatial region into definable flow channels.

Apparatus for conducting a fluid

An arrangement may include an electrical component and a heat exchanger arranged on the electrical component for controlling a temperature of the component. An electrically insulating isolation layer may be arranged at least partially between the heat exchanger and the component. The isolation layer may be connected to at least one of the component and the heat exchanger via a materially cohesive connection.

Arrangement having an electrical component and a heat exchanger

A cooling device for a battery of a motor vehicle may include a first cooling plate and a second cooling plate bonded to the first cooling plate. The second cooling plate may include at least one depression extending in a direction away from the first cooling plate. The depression may define at least one fluid duct for a coolant flow. A first side of the first cooling plate facing away from the second cooling plate may include at least one thermoelectric element. A first side of the second cooling plate facing towards the first cooling plate may include a plurality of turbulence-generating elements.

This subject matter includes a housing formed by a top part and a bottom part and a first connecting element and a second connecting element connected to these top and bottom parts. Specific embodiments of the subject matter are shown in which the connecting elements connect the housing top part and bottom part by a positive and/or material connection. The advantages of each embodiment over prior approaches are too numerous to include in this abstract, but will be apparent to one of ordinary skill in the art when reviewing the full specification.

Connecting system for a heat exchanger

A temperature-control device for a battery of a motor vehicle may include a temperature-control plate including at least two rows of elements. Each of the at least two rows of elements may include at least two Peltier elements. Each Peltier element may include a first electric supply connection and a second electric supply connection for supplying each Peltier element with electrical energy. A first electric supply path may be disposed on the temperature-control plate and may define at least one of an open surround and a closed surround around the Peltier elements of the at least two rows of elements. At least one second electric supply path may be disposed on the temperature-control plate and may extend along a direction of extent with respect to an extent of the at least two rows of elements.
