The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for custom processing in data privacy integration protocols. One example method includes a customer of a data privacy integration (DPI) service providing custom logic for customizing the DPI service. The DPI service generates and sends a DPI work package in response to receiving a DPI protocol request from the customer. Responder applications that receive the DPI work package evaluate the DPI work package and send work package responses. At least one responder application includes in at least one work package response at least one responder feedback flag. The DPI service evaluates the DPI work package responses including the evaluation of at least one responder feedback flag using the custom logic provided by the customer. The DPI service sends a response to the DPI protocol request that includes an overall status of DPI processing of the DPI protocol request.

Enabling customizations to a data privacy integration service

The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for automating handling of data subject requests for data privacy integration protocols. One example method includes receiving a ticket for performing a data privacy integration protocol for a data subject. A work package that includes a work package parameter that is based on a ticket parameter is provided to responder applications. Processing of the work package by responder applications includes determining, for at least one object associated with the data subject, purposes associated with the object. The responder application determines, for each purpose, a purpose setting that corresponds to the work package parameter. The responder application processes the work package based on the work package parameter and the purpose settings and provides feedback to a data privacy integration service, which processes the feedback, to continue the data privacy integration protocol for the ticket.

Automating handling of data subject requests for data privacy integration protocols

In an implementation, a request for one or more attachments stored in an application document store is received from a requestor and by an application agent associated with an application. For each attachment identified in the request, the application agent: 1) requests the attachment from a data privacy integration (DPI) kernel service; 2) receives a download link to an attachment in the application document store; 3) downloads, using the download link, the attachment from the application document store; 4) informs the DPI kernel service that a download of the attachment is complete; and 5) receives a message from the DPI kernel service that the download link has been deactivated. The application agent returns the one or more attachments to the requestor.

Systems and methods include requesting, from a first application system, of a first one or more combinations of search parameters for identifying a data subject identifier of the first application system, transmission of a first query to the first application system including values of search parameters of a first one of the first one or more combinations of search parameters, the values associated with a first data subject, reception of a first data subject identifier of the first application system in response to the first query, transmission of a second query to the first application system including the first data subject identifier, and reception of data of the first application system associated with the first data subject identifier in response to the second query.

Identification of data in distributed environments

A query relationship data structure (RELSTRUCT) generator configured to select a plurality of queries, each query structured for application against a database to yield a query result. The RELSTRUCT generator includes a query analyzer configured to identify query parts of individual queries, and determine for each query, a relation, if any, of an included query part to any query part of remaining queries of the plurality of queries. The RELSTRUCT generator also may create, for each query, a query relationship data structure in which the query is related to at least one other query of the plurality of queries, based on the determined relation of a query part of the query and a query part of the at least one other query of the plurality of queries.

Techniques of consolidation and customization of graph-based models are disclosed. A first graph-based representation of a first model can comprise a first set of nodes corresponding to data items of the first model, and a second graph-based representation of a second model can comprise a second set of nodes corresponding to data items of the second model. Matching nodes between the first set of nodes and the second set of nodes can be identified. Matching topological features between the first set of nodes and the second set of nodes can be identified. Matching dependency characteristics between the first set of nodes and the second set of nodes can be identified. A third graph-based representation of a consolidated model can be created based on the matching nodes, the matching topological features, and the matching dependency characteristics.

Consolidation and customization of graph-based models

Methods, systems, and computer-readable media include actions of receiving a query, identifying, based on the query, one or more relevant elements from an overall data model, identifying, using an adapter mapping, one or more adapters based on the one or more relevant elements, the adapter mapping associating each relevant element with a particular adapter, querying, using the one or more adapters, one or more data elements in data sources of a plurality of disparate data sources, each adapter being specific to a data source of the plurality of data sources, receiving, at the one or more adapters, one or more data results, transforming each data result of the one or more data results into a unified data format to provide respective one or more transformed data results, storing the one or more transformed data results in a temporary data store and querying the temporary data store to generate a result.
