A filter device for the filtration of fluids has a filter housing (), which can be closed by a cover (), and has a filter element () accommodated in a replaceable manner in the filter housing. At least one functional element is present on the cover () and on the filter housing () and on the filter element () in such a way that the filtration of the fluid is only possible when all functional elements interact simultaneously.

A filter device has a filter housing () and a filter element () accommodated in the filter housing. The element material () of the filter element for filtering a liquid extends between two end caps (). At least one end cap () is mounted on an element receptacle (). A bearing (), providing more than one degree of freedom, is used to articulate the filter element () on the element receptacle () via its one end cap (). The bearing has a convex bearing surface () that is guided in a concave bearing surface (). The respective bearing surface () is part of a respective shell (). At least one shell () has a passage () for liquid media.

A filter device has a filter element () received in a filter housing of at least two interconnectable housing parts (). The filter element () can be fixed to a housing part () in a removable manner by one screw connection (). An additional screw connection () is provided for connecting the housing parts (). To transmit a torque between threaded elements () of the one screw connection () and of the additional screw connection (), the threaded elements are rotatable relative to each other. A coupling device () is added that allows an additional rotational movement of the threaded element () of the additional screw connection () when the threaded element () of the one screw connection () reaches the fixed rotational state.

Filter device with coupling element

A device for the suction filtration of fluids, such as urea solutions for exhaust gas after-treatment systems, has a tank () storing the fluid, and a filter element () arranged in the tank and provided with a filter medium () separating the tank contents from a clean-side inner filter cavity (). The filter cavity extends from the bottom () of the tank () to a filling level height () and corresponds to a part of the filling volume of the tank (). On the filter cavity (), a suction connection () discharges the cleaned fluid by a suction pressure corresponding to a system operating pressure. The filter element () is provided with a filter medium (), which is air-impermeable if suction pressures are within the range of a low system operating pressure.

Device for the suction filtration of fluids

A filter device includes a filter element () received in a housing (). The housing can be closed by a cover part () having fluid ducts (). A connecting unit is provided to create a fluid-conducting connection between the filter element () and an associated fluid duct () of the cover part (). The connecting unit is in the form of a coupling having a movable coupling part () creating the fluid connection in the functional state.

Filter device and filter element

The invention relates to a filter device having at least one filter element () comprising a filter medium () disposed between two receiving parts () and a connecting device located at the lower receiving part () for a fluid connection to a fluid device, in particular to a fluid tank (), having a connecting part () disposed on the connecting device, said connecting part being pretensioned by the action of a first energy store () for a motion away from the upper receiving part () into a closed position blocking the connecting device, having a further, second energy store () for generating a relative motion between the lower receiving part () and a closing-off part () of the device, and having a sealing device () sealing between the lower receiving part () and the closing-off part () as soon as said part and the lower receiving part () make contact with each other under the influence of the second energy store ().

Filter device

A filter device includes a pot-shaped filter housing () that defines a longitudinal axis along which a filter element () can be inserted into and removed form the filter housing (). A retaining device detachably retains the filter element () in the filter housing () and has first and second retaining elements on the inner side of the filter housing () and on the filter element () and interacting with one another. At least one set of the retaining elements has a shape coaxial to the longitudinal axis of the filter housing () and forms at least a part of a thread. When the filter element () is rotated about its longitudinal axis, it is locked in a form-fit.

A filter device includes a filter housing () in which at least two filter elements () with differing filter grades of filter material () are arranged. The filter elements are partially separated from each other by a separating device (), with a through channel () of predetermined cross-section for a hydraulic connection between neighboring filter chambers (),. The filter chambers arranged prior to the filter materials () in the flow direction of the fluids for filtering. The filter device permits a combination of main- and side-stream filters in the smallest possible space, whereby very good purity levels for the filtered fluid are nevertheless achieved.

A filter element is provided with an ascending pipe and a filter material subject to soiling and is supported by a supporting pipe. The filter material is separable from the ascending pipe such that the multi-component ascending pipe can be reused and to reduce the weight of hazardous waste to be disposed of when the soiled filter material has been changed. The ascending pipe is provided at least on one of its ends with a reception for the filter material in such a manner that the filter material with the supporting pipe as one assembly ( ) and with the ascending pipe ( ) as another component are detachable coupled, allowing the exchange of the soiled filter material by new filter material while keeping the ascending pipe. The filter element can be assembled during production with less effort, thereby allowing for a reduction of costs.

A modular system for putting together different sized filter elements, especially filter elements having different lengths, more particularly filter devices for hydraulic fluids, comprising a support tube that defines an inner cavity in the corresponding filter element, said tube being surrounded by a filter mat that is substantially cylindrical and that matches the different dimensions and having passages to let the fluid pass through. The filter elements also contain at least one coupling member enabling connection on the end side of a corresponding support tube to an additional support tube having a location on the end side for interacting with and locking on the coupling member. Each coupling member is embodied as an attachment plug element with a crown consisting of interspaced tabs extending in axial direction and hooks for snapping on the location of the attached support tube.
