The invention relates to an electronics module () for a ventricular assist device, wherein the ventricular assist device has a motor housing for accommodating a pump motor. The electronics module () comprises an electronics section () for accommodating at least one electronic component () and/or at least one electrically conductive contacting element (), and a coupling section () designed as a joint between the motor housing () and the electronics section () or as a separate component to be joined, wherein the motor housing () and the electronics section () are combined or can be combined via the coupling section () with one another to form a fluid-tight module housing () to be arranged in a blood vessel.

A device for detecting at least one gaseous analyte comprises a detection section including a semiconductor substrate and at least one sensor element, which is arranged on the semiconductor substrate. The at least one sensor element includes two electrodes and a solid electrolyte layer arranged between the electrodes. The device also comprises a protective cap configured to cover the at least one sensor element, and at least one temperature-control unit configured for temperature control of the protective cap. The at least one temperature-control unit is arranged on the protective cap. The protective cap is formed from a semiconductor material. The device further comprises a diffusion section having a plurality of passage openings for the gaseous analyte arranged at least in a partial section of the protective cap.

Device for detecting at least one gaseous analyte and method for the production thereof

A sensor element is described that includes at least one semiconductor component having a gas-sensitive layer which is attached to a substrate by the flip-chip method, the gas-sensitive layer facing the substrate and a supply arrangement being provided to supply a gas to be examined to the gas-sensitive layer. The semiconductor component is enclosed in a casing. Also described is a method for manufacturing the sensor element, in which a semiconductor component having a gas-sensitive layer is attached by the flip-chip method to a substrate in such a way that the gas-sensitive layer faces the substrate. After that, the casing is applied by a plasma sputtering method, in particular an atmospheric plasma sputtering method. Finally, a use of the sensor element in the exhaust system of an internal combustion engine is also described.

A method for preparing ceramic green compacts for ceramic assemblies, especially ceramic multilayer assemblies. First, a dispersing agent solution is prepared by homogenizing a dispersing agent in a solvent mixture. Then, a binder solution is prepared by homogenizing a solvent mixture, a binder made of acrylatemethacrylate polymer and a softener. After preparing a first dispersion by homogenizing a ceramic powder and the dispersing agent solution and subsequent deagglomerization, a second dispersion is prepared by homogenizing the first dispersion and the binder solution, and subsequently removing air and highly volatile solvent components from the second dispersion.

Method for producing ceramic green compacts for ceramic components

A piezoelectric ceramic body in the form of a prism, which has a plurality of insulating layers arranged over one another and made of a piezoceramic material, the insulating layers being at least regionally separated from one another by a conducting layer made of an electrode material. The top view of the insulating layers at least approximates the shape of an n-gon, especially a regular n-gon, n being greater than four and especially being six, eight, or ten. Furthermore, the conducting layers cover each of the insulating layers so extensively that two adjacent insulating layers are only in direct contact with one another in the region of narrow dead zones regionally located at the outer edge of the insulating layers.
