A swashplate-type axial piston machine includes a housing and at least one working channel extending through a distributor plate. The at least one working channel opens out at an outside on the housing at an associated working port. The at least one working channel includes a first section and a second section. The first section extends over the entire distributor plate. The second section is arranged entirely in the housing. The second section directly adjoins the first section. A first rotary bearing has an outer circumferential surface that defines a circular cylindrical reference cylinder about the axis of rotation.

Disclosed is a fuel injection valve including a valve body and a bore, embodied as a blind bore, whose bottom face is oriented toward the combustion chamber, and a conical valve seat having at least one injection port is disposed, is embodied on the bottom face. In the bore, a pistonlike valve member, which is longitudinally displaceable counter to a closing force, is disposed and has a valve member tip, which in the closing position of the valve member comes to rest on the valve seat. A first conical face and a second conical face, disposed toward the combustion chamber toward the first conical face, are embodied on the valve member tip, and the cone angle of the first conical face is smaller than the cone angle of the valve seat, which in turn is smaller than the cone angle of the second conical face. One annular groove is embodied between the first conical face and the second conical face, and an additional encompassing annular groove is disposed on the second conical face and at least partly coincides with the injection ports in the closing position of the valve member, so as to supply all the injection ports uniformly with fuel even if the valve member is off its axis.

Fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines

The invention relates to an injector body for a fuel injection system, in which the injector body has a substantially cylindrically shaped valve chamber, into which fuel can be introduced at high pressure via an inlet bore, which discharges through an inlet opening in the valve chamber. To compensate for the high local notch tensile stresses in the circumferential direction of the valve chamber, it is proposed that at least in the region of the inlet opening, the valve chamber be provided with bulges, each adjacent the inlet opening in the circumferential direction. These bulges bring about a major compensation for the notch tensile stresses and thus increase the high-pressure strength.

High-pressure-proof injector body

A solenoid valve is for controlling an injection valve of an internal combustion engine, including a housing part, an electromagnet having a magnetic coil and a magnetic core, an armature acted upon by a valve spring and axially movable between the electromagnet and a valve seat, and a control valve member moved by the armature and cooperating with the valve seat for opening and closing a fuel passage, in which the armature is situated in the housing part movable in the radial direction free from mechanical guiding means. A further development provides that, when a current is applied to the electromagnet,the armature may be aligned in the radial direction, by magnetic reluctance forces then acting upon the armature, into a centrical position with reference to the centerline of the electromagnet.

Solenoid valve for controlling an injection valve of an internal combustion engine

The invention relates to a high-pressure fuel reservoir for a common-rail fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine, having a tubular base body, which has a substantially circular-cylindrical interior disposed centrally with respect to the longitudinal axis of the tubular base body, which interior communicates with a plurality of connection openings. To enhance the high-pressure strength by simple provisions, the cross section of the tubular base body, in the portions in which the connection openings are disposed, is embodied in weakened form.

A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a valve member guided axially displaceably, counter to a closing force, in a blind bore of a valve body. The valve member on an end toward the combustion chamber has a conical valve sealing face, with which the valve sealing face cooperates with a conical valve seat face on the inward-projecting closed end of the blind bore. A blind bore region, adjoins the conical valve seat face downstream, from which region injection openings lead into the combustion chamber of the engine. The blind bore wall region that receives the injection openings is embodied conically, and the injection openings have a certain minimum spacing from an upper and a lower end of this conical blind bore wall region.

Fuel injection nozzle for internal combustion engines

The invention sets forth a fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, having a valve body and an expansion sleeve that cooperates with the valve body. A pressure chamber is defined between the expansion sleeve and the valve body into which a high-pressure conduit discharges which can be made to communicate with an injection cross section into the combustion chamber of the engine via an opening cross section, openable at high pressure, between the expansion sleeve and the valve body. The cup-shaped expansion sleeve is slipped onto the circumferential jacket face of the valve body and braced axially against the valve body; a portion of the expansion sleeve is embodied as a fastening element on the valve body.

A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines, with a valve body tightened on a valve retaining body, a valve member is guided in a bore of the valve body so that the valve member can move axially and in which the bore has a radially enlarged pressure chamber into which at least one supply conduit which extends beside the bore feeds. An adjusting nut which braces the valve body against the valve retaining body with an inner, conically embodied annular shoulder rests against a conical annular step of the valve body. The annular step is disposed at a level of the pressure chamber. In order to achieve a precisely localized and reliable transmission of radial clamping forces onto the valve body, the angle (.alpha.D) formed by the conical annular step on the valve body with the valve member axis is smaller than the angle (.alpha.S) formed by the conical annular shoulder of the adjusting nut with this axis. An annular edge of the valve body, which is formed between the radially inner, lower end of the annular step and an annular face end, is continuously exposed.
