A housing mountable on a mounting rail includes an upper housing part which has two side walls, extending longitudinally in a longitudinal direction and spaced apart from one another in a transverse direction transverse to the longitudinal direction; and a receiving chamber, formed between the side walls, for receiving an electronics module, at least one of the side walls having a first opening via which a first electrical line is connectable to a first port of the electronics module. The upper housing part has a connection chamber which is offset in the longitudinal direction from the receiving chamber, is formed between the side walls, and is open to the receiving chamber such that a second electrical line is connectable to a second electrical port of the electronics module via the connection chamber.

An electrical plug connector pair includes a first plug connector part and a second plug connector part which can be interconnected by a plug connection such that an electrical contact provided in the first plug connector part can be galvanically contacted to an electrical contact provided in the second connector part. The first plug connector part includes a locking element having a locking hook that, in a locking state, can be brought into engagement with a hook receiving portion provided in the second plug connector part such that the locking hook that is brought into engagement with the hook receiving portion in the locking state prevents separation of the two plug connector parts, the locking element being mounted in the first plug connector part so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis such that the locking hook can be released.

An insulating housing of an electrical terminal device includes a latching pin arranged on a front side of the housing and that protrudes therefrom in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the front side of the housing, the latching pin engaging in a latching hole arranged on a rear side of the housing in a direction perpendicular to a plane of the rear side of the housing, and a latching hook that protrudes from the front side of the housing and that engages in and latches behind a catch arranged on the rear side of the housing. The latching pin and the latching hole are in the shape of a truncated cone. A plurality of the insulating housings is capable of being plugged on top of one another to form an electrical terminal block.

An electrical connection terminal includes a metal part having a contact leg and a fastening leg which is connected to the contact leg by a web, the fastening leg having a spring receiving portion which has an inner side, an outer side, and an opening arranged in the spring receiving portion, and the contact leg having a contact portion which has an inner side and an outer side. A clamping spring can be mounted on the metal part, the clamping spring having a spring leg which has an end portion, a ridge connected to the spring leg on a side of the spring leg which faces away from the end portion, and a holding leg connected to the ridge. The ridge has a first recess and the holding leg has a second recess. The holding leg includes two side clips arranged in parallel with one another.

A plug-in connector system includes a multi-point connector, an electrical plug connector that can be attached to the multi-point connector, and a locking element for locking the electrical plug connector to the multi-point connector. The multi-point connector includes a plug portion and the plug connector includes a receiving portion that has a receiving opening such that, for connecting the plug connector to the multi-point connector, the plug portion can be guided through the receiving opening so as to engage in the receiving portion. A lock receiving opening is arranged in a side wall of the receiving portion at a spacing from the receiving opening. The side wall includes a first side wall portion between the receiving opening and the lock receiving opening and a second side wall portion between the lock receiving opening and the receiving base of the receiving portion.

A contact clamp for connecting a conductor end with an electrical contact and having an insertion side, from which the conductor end can be inserted in the contact clamp, comprising a retaining frame with a contact section, with which the conductor end can establish a contact, as well as a clamping leg, which is pivotally mounted in the retaining frame and can be pivoted back and forth between an open pivot position and a closed pivot position. The clamping leg runs at an angle to the contact section when in the closed pivot position, and is resiliently movable, such that the conductor end can be inserted in the contact, subject to the elastically spring-loaded opening of the clamping leg, to the target contact position, when in the closed pivot position.

A connecting device for photovoltaic-capable insulating glass comprises at least one retaining device laterally attached to the photovoltaic-capable insulating glass. In its installed state, the retaining device is open on at least one side which faces the intermediate space so that at least one ribbon is insertable into a clamping device inserted in the retaining device, and wherein the ribbon establishes an electrical contact for a photovoltaic device accommodated in the at least one intermediate space, and wherein the clamping device is provided with an electrical supply line such that the clamping device establishes an electrical clamping contact between the at least one ribbon and the electrical supply line.

A fastening device is described that is arranged on a plug assembly having a connector plug and a base housing, having a fastening element for fastening the connector plug to the base housing, the connector plug having a plug housing with a screw shaft. The fastening element has a first fastening region and a second fastening region, wherein the first fastening region of the fastening element can be fixed to the screw shaft of the plug housing, and the second fastening region of the fastening element can be fixed to an outer surface of the base housing.

An electrical plug connector includes a first plug having a first clip and a second clip, and a second plug including a catch element, first and second releasing tabs and an unlatching element. At least one of the first clip and second clip is configured to engage the catch element. The first and second releasing tabs respectively contact the first and second clips in a plugged state of the electrical plug connector and are configured to release the respective clip from the catch element. The unlatching element surrounds the first and second releasing tabs in the plugged state of the electrical plug connector so as to contact the first releasing tab on a first side and to contact the second releasing tab on an opposing side. The unlatching element is displaceable in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of the electrical plug connector. In the plugged state, the connector is configured to receive a tool between the unlatching element and at least one of the first releasing tab and the second releasing tab.

A connection and junction box for a photovoltaic solar module having flexible flat conductor bands protruding from the surface of the solar module, wherein the connection and junction box has an insertion mouth at its side in mounting state facing the solar module, for at least one of the flexible flat conductor bands of the solar module, as well as comprising a housing for attaching to the solar module, and a connection device for the flexible flat conductor band, positioned in the housing, the connection device has a deflection arm and an electrical contact clamp, which is actuated when attaching the box to the solar module for bending and contacting the flat conductor band.

Electrical connector

The present invention relates to an electrical connector with a first and a second sub-assembly. The first sub-assembly comprises a contact area for receiving a conductor end and for establishing an electrical contact with the received conductor end. The first sub-assembly further comprises a clamping device for clamping the conductor in the contact area. The second sub-assembly comprises a hollow body with a hollow space for receiving the contact area. The first and the second sub-assemblies are made as one piece and are configured to release the clamping device in the open state for manually clamping the conductor end, and to electrically insulate the contact area including the clamping device in the closed state.

The invention relates to a connection and junction box () for a photovoltaic solar module (), which box in a mounting state, is put on the solar module () with open contact clamp(s) (), and the contact clamps are actively closed for contacting the flexible flat conductor band(s) (). Preferably, the actuating the contact clamp(s) () is automatically carried out by means of a device between two housing parts (), when putting on.

An attachment device for electrical connection terminals to pass through a housing wall includes a terminal housing including an insulating material. The terminal housing is attachable in an opening in the housing wall. The attachment device includes an attachment insert detachably affixable in the terminal housing. The attachment insert is configured to attach the terminal housing in the opening of the housing wall.
