A parking lock arrangement for an electromotively driven motor vehicle, including a parking lock wheel which is rotationally conjoint with respect to a shaft in the drive train and which has multiple cutouts, a lock element which is movable between a locking position and a release position along a movement path and which, in the locking position, engages in a form-fitting manner into a cutout of the parking lock wheel and, in the release position, is out of engagement with the cutouts of the parking lock wheel, a parking lock actuator which is operatively connected to the lock element and wherein the lock element is adjustable between the locking position and the release position along its movement path. The movement path of the lock element can be rectilinear.

Parking lock arrangement

A parking lock module has a housing, in which, for the actuation of a parking lock, a positioning member is movable between a locking position and an unlocking position. The positioning member is selectively fixable in a position relative to the housing with an arresting device, which has a detent element interacting with the positioning member. The detent element is movable with an actuator between arresting and release positions. A sensor arrangement with a position detector, which is positionally fixed relative to the housing, and a position encoder, which, for the detection of the respective position, is operatively connected to the positioning member or to the detent element. The electromagnetic actuator is activatable with a circuit board attached to the housing and bears the position detector of the sensor arrangement.

Parking lock module for actuating a parking lock in a motor vehicle

A parking lock module has a housing, in which, for the actuation of a parking lock, a positioning member movable from a locking position into an unlocking position and vice versa. The positioning member is selectively fixable relative to the housing with an arresting device, which has a detent contour fixed to the positioning member and has a detent element on the housing. The detent element is movable from an arresting position into a release position, and vice versa. The detent element is preloaded into the arresting position with a spring and is actively movable into the release position with a fluidic actuator with a pressurizable effective surface. The detent element can be formed as a piston guided displaceably along a feed axis and which forms the pressurizable effective surface of the fluidic actuator.

A central release unit for a hydraulic clutch actuator has a plastic cylinder housing which is produced by injection molding and which has at least one cylinder wall provided, on an outer circumference, with a reinforcement sleeve. The reinforcement sleeve can be fastened to the cylinder wall after the injection molding of the cylinder housing, for which purpose a snap-action connection is provided on a forward end, which faces away from the pressure connection piece, of the reinforcement sleeve. The connection is formed by a radially inwardly bent detent portion of the reinforcement sleeve and by a rib integrally formed on the outer circumference of the cylinder wall. The reinforcement sleeve has a main portion which adjoins the detent portion and which is of conical shape complementary to an outer circumferential surface, which is of conical form in the reinforcement region, of the cylinder wall.

Concentric slave cylinder for a hydraulic clutch actuator

The invention relates to a device that is always open for the pressure medium for reducing pressure pulsations and that can be switched between a pressure chamber of a slave cylinder and a pressure chamber of a master cylinder of a hydraulic force transmission system for motor vehicles. The device has an additional line section in the form of a channel having an opening on the slave cylinder side, an opening on the master cylinder side, and a channel length equaling a multiple of the direct distance between the two openings, and a volume receiver that can be elastically deformed under pressure, wherein the channel and the volume receiver are combined into an assembly in a housing. The result according to the invention is a device that not only has very good vibration dampening properties, but is also very compact and has a cost-effective design.

Device for reducing pressure pulsations

A dual clutch actuation device generates the axial compression force required to compress a first and second set of frictional elements of a dual clutch module. Dual clutch actuation device includes a first and second annular piston. The annular pistons include a first end that is in contact with annular bearing assemblies. The annular bearing assemblies are in contact with actuation levers that are in contact with the first set of frictional elements. The annular pistons are arranged in concentric annular piston slots. Together the piston and annular slots form annular piston chambers. The piston chambers are filled with hydraulic fluid. When the hydraulic fluid is pressurized the pistons slide out of the annular slots and apply a force on the actuation levers which in turn apply an axial compression force on the frictional elements.

Actuation device for a dual clutch transmission

A valve arrangement for vibration decoupling has a housing, in which two valve bodies are accommodated, a first of which is biased by a spring in a reference direction towards a stop integral with the housing and has a through-path for fluid. The other housing is biased by a spring in an opposite direction towards a valve seat on the first valve body and lifts away from the latter in the event of a volume flow in the reference direction, so as to open the through-path for fluid. A further through-path for fluid is provided between the first valve body and the housing, wherein a further valve seat is formed on the stop integral with the housing, towards which further valve seat the first valve body is biased by a spring and lifts away from the valve seat in the event of a volume flow in the opposite direction.

Valve arrangement for vibration decoupling, which can be connected between a master cylinder and a slave cylinder of a hydraulic force transmission system

A piston arrangement for master and/or slave cylinders of a hydraulic actuating device for clutch and/or brake systems on motor vehicles is disclosed. An insert is inserted into a recess of the piston up to a first stop, the insert having a ball seat and an expandable insertion sleeve which is undercut with respect to the ball seat and protrudes with its expandable region. A ram is pushed into the sleeve with its ball end until it snaps into the ball seat. As the ram is further pressed axially, the insert slides over the first stop, is firmly pressed into a narrow hole section of the recess and strikes a second stop at the inner end of the recess. The insertion sleeve is then tightly enclosed by the piston wall and can no longer expand even in the event of very high pull-out forces, i.e. cannot release the ball end of the ram.

Piston arrangement of a hydraulic actuating device on motor vehicles

A central release device () is disclosed having a cylinder housing (), with a cylindrical wall (), and a guide sleeve (), which is arranged concentrically therewith and on which an annular piston (), which can be operatively connected to a clutch and can be hydraulically actuated by way of a pressure chamber () defined by the cylindrical wall and the guide sleeve, is displaceably guided. At its end the guide sleeve has an annular flange () with an end face () facing away from the annular piston and a radially outer circumferential surface (), by way of which flange the guide sleeve is fixed to an end face () of the cylinder housing. According to the invention at least one axial groove (), which starts at the end face and in which an insert () is firmly fitted, gripping behind the circumferential surface of the annular flange, is formed in the cylinder housing adjacent to the annular flange, an upper side () of the insert facing away from the annular piston lying in a plane defined by the end face of the annular flange or in front of this plane, viewed from the annular piston. As a result, a central release device of simple design is created which has a relatively short overall axial length.

Central release device for a hydraulic clutch actuation system

A device for articulated connection between a control element and a control rod having a ball head comprising a main body attachable to the control element. The main body envelops a locating section providing positive location for the ball head and has an opening area through which the control rod extends when the device is assembled. According to the invention, the locating section is in two parts whereby the main body forms a part into which the ball head can be introduced through a joint duct located outside the opening, while a molding insertable into the joint duct forms the other part of the locating section. As a result, a simple device is created, guaranteeing connection between the control element and the control rod which is backlash-free or has little backlash.

A piston for the variable delimitation of a pressure chamber in a housing of a hydraulic cylinder, in particular a clutch master cylinder for motor vehicles, has a main section on which a running surface is provided for a sealing element on the housing side. The sealing element seals a pressure chamber in an operating position of the piston. The piston also has an after-running device, which, in a normal position of the piston, connects the pressure chamber to an after-running area. The after-running device is made separately from the main section and is connected without play to the main section to form the piston. As a result, a piston that is easy to manufacture is created and which, with reference to the after-running device, has an improved functionality compared with prior art.
