A seat belt system for a vehicle seat includes a belt webbing, a belt tongue, and a belt buckle. The belt buckle has a releasing device and a first triggering element, which, in order to trigger the releasing device, can be moved in an opening direction such that the releasing device releases the belt tongue in the belt buckle. The seat belt system has a second triggering element. The second triggering element can be moved in the opening direction. The first triggering element and the second triggering element each have a gear rack and are connected to each other by way of a rotatable connecting element and two gears. The two gears are fastened to opposite ends of the connecting element for conjoint rotation and engage with a respective one of the gear racks.

An armrest arrangement for a vehicle seat includes a mounting fitting to be mounted on a vehicle seat, and an armrest body having a trunk and a support element having an arm support surface for receiving an arm of a user when using the armrest arrangement. The armrest body having the trunk can be detachably attached to the mounting fitting. When mounted on the mounting fitting, the armrest body is pivotable about an axis of rotation with respect to the mounting fitting. The support element can be displaced with the arm support surface relative to the trunk in a longitudinal extension direction of the trunk.

A vehicle seat section adjusting device includes a seat section adjusting element for adjusting the width of a seat section. The adjusting device includes a mounting mechanism for movably supporting the seat section adjusting element on the seat, and a drivable adjusting mechanism for adjusting the seat section adjusting element from or to a rest position relative to the mounting mechanism.
