An ejector apparatus for an injection molding machine, includes ejector pins mounted to a movable ejector plate and drivable by a drive device for ejecting injection molded parts from a cavity of an injection molding tool. The ejector plate is displaceable by the drive device with a given normal ejector force acting on an injection molded part. There is provided a reinforcing mechanism which, when there is a jammed injection molded part, reinforces the ejector force acting on the injection molded part to an increased additional ejector force for ejecting the jammed injection molded part above the given normal ejector force which can be or is made available by the drive device.

Injection means for an injection moulding machine

An injection molding machine has a machine frame, a stationary mold mounting plate and a mold mounting plate which is movable by a closure mechanism which is formed for example by a crank drive or a bell crank mechanism. The movable mold mounting plate and the stationary mold mounting plate are connected without beam members and exclusively by way of the machine frame so that the closing force which occurs during the closing procedure and the driving-open force which occurs during the injection between the mold mounting plates are passed only by way of the machine frame. A mold height adjustment mechanism is included and the closing force is transmitted from the closure mechanism by way of the mold height adjustment mechanism to the movable mold mounting plate.

An injection unit for an injection molding machine has a plasticising cylinder and a plasticising screw arranged axially displaceably therein. The plasticising cylinder is fixedly connected to a housing which, at two mutually opposite walls, carries a respective crank drive extending parallel to the wall for displacement of the plasticising screw. A motor for driving the crank drive is internally fixed to the wall and the axis of rotation of the motor extends normal to the crank drive.

Injection unit for an injection molding machine

An ejection unit for an injection molding machine has a movable and a stationary mold mounting plate. Anchored to the movable mold mounting plate is the carrier plate on which an electric motor is supported by a bracket. An ejector plate is displaceable by the electric motor by way of a drive output shaft. A drive wheel for a further subsidiary function of the injection molding machine, for example mold height adjustment, is coupleable to the drive output shaft.

Double toggle mechanism for moving the moveable die platen (2) of an injection moulding machine, with a first operating lever (7a) for extending and moving the first toggle mechanism (3a), and with a second operating lever (7b) for extending and bending the second toggle mechanism (3b). In accordance with the invention, it is provided that between the two toggle mechanisms (3a, 3b) there is arranged a gear mechanism with a rotatably mounted gearbox (8), with a drive shaft (11) driven by a motor (12), and with a driven out-put shaft (9) arranged coaxially to the drive shaft, in that the first operating lever (7a) is connected in an articulated manner to the gearbox (8) or a part attached thereto, and in that the second operating lever (7b) is connected in an articulated manner to a part (10) fixed rigidly onto the driven out-put shaft (9).

Means for driving a displaceably mounted component of an injection

An injection-moulding machine with a movable and a stationary mould-clamping plate (1, 2), wherein struts (4) are mounted in the stationary mould-clamping plate (1, 2), the struts connecting together the movable and stationary mould-clamping plates (1, 2) during the injection operation. The movable mould-clamping plate (2) is able to travel on rails (9) by way of a bracket-like running shoe (14), and, on opening the mould, is able to be released from the struts (4). Carriages (17) with rollers (18) are provided which are pivotally mounted to the movable mould-clamping plate (2) and which are tiltable about a horizontal axis (19) relative to the mould-clamping plate (2) and relative to the running shoes (14). Each running shoe (14) has a front roller (15) which can be raised from the rails (9) and lateral guide rollers (20) with vertical axes of rotation which roll down smooth guide surfaces (30) of the rails (9) and which are likewise raised from the rails (9) during the injection operation.
