The invention relates to a drive device for a diaphragm wall cutter, with a hydraulic motor, a gear unit, to which at least one cutting wheel of the diaphragm wall cutter can be connected on the output side, and a drive shaft which connects the hydraulic motor to the gear unit, wherein the drive shaft is mounted by way of at least one drive shaft bearing which is arranged between the hydraulic motor and the gear unit, wherein the drive shaft bearing has a lubricant feed line which is connected to a leakage discharge line of the hydraulic motor and/or to the hydraulic circuit in order to operate the hydraulic motor, and is configured to lubricate the drive shaft bearing with hydraulic oil.

The present invention relates to a drive apparatus for a wheel of a work machine, having an electric motor which comprises a rotor which is rotatably received in a stator and which is supported at bearing plates which are arranged at the end side and between which coil head spaces are provided for receiving coil heads, wherein a cooling apparatus for cooling of the stator and the rotor comprises at least one coolant path through the coil head spaces which is suppliable with coolant from a peripheral side via a coolant inlet preferably provided at a peripheral side.

Drive apparatus for a wheel of a work machine

Methods and systems are provided related to a self-propelling work machine in the form of a tracked vehicle having an electric drive, with a generator drivable by an internal combustion engine, an auxiliary unit connected to the engine, and a braking apparatus for braking the work machine. The braking apparatus provides regenerative braking by the electric drive and comprises a feedback apparatus for feeding back electrical motor braking power of the electric motor to the generator to apply the motor braking power on the engine and on the auxiliary unit. A controller automatically increases or decreases the electrical load of the auxiliary unit based on the electrical motor braking power fed back to the engine and/or based on an engine speed.

The application describes a self-propelling work machine, in the form of a truck, having an electric drive comprising at least one electric motor, a generator drivable by an internal combustion engine for the power supply of the electric drive, and a braking apparatus for braking the work machine, wherein the braking apparatus provides a regenerative braking by the electric drive and a feedback apparatus for feeding back electrical motor braking power of the electric motor to the generator to apply the motor braking power on the internal combustion engine. The application further describes a method for braking the work machine. A braking control apparatus is provided for an automatic connection of a mechanical brake in dependence on the motor braking power fed back to the internal combustion engine and/or in dependence on the operating state of the internal combustion engine acted on by the fed back motor braking power.
