A guide carriage for an elongated guide rail includes a main body, an end cap, and at least one row of rolling bodies accommodated in a continuous bypass channel. The end cap bears indirectly against a longitudinal end face of the main body and has a fastening bore through which a fastening screw passes. The fastening screw is screwed into the main body. The continuous bypass channel has a supporting portion and a return channel that are connected via a curved bypass channel that is arranged in the end cap. A lubricant flow path is arranged in the end cap and extends from a lubrication port to the row of rolling bodies. A first cavity is arranged between the fastening bore and the fastening screw. The first cavity forms a component of the lubricant flow path.

A guide carriage is configured for use with an elongate guide rail. The guide carriage has at least one row of spherical rolling bodies which are received in an associated endless circulatory channel. The circulatory channel has a load-bearing section and a return channel which are connected to one another at their ends which lie opposite one another via in each case one curved deflection channel. The load-bearing section is delimited by a carriage raceway extending in a longitudinal direction on the guide carriage and a rail raceway on the guide rail. A separate main body of metal is also provided. The carriage raceway is arranged on a separate raceway insert which bears against the main body. A separate rolling-body guide part is also provided which has a guide section extending in the longitudinal direction. The guide section engages behind the raceway insert.

A guide carriage is configured for use with an guide rail. The guide carriage has at least one row of rolling bodies received in a circulatory channel. The circulatory channel has a load-bearing section and a return channel connected together at their ends by a deflection channel. The load-bearing section is delimited by a carriage raceway on the guide carriage and a rail raceway on the guide rail. At least one sealing lip is arranged in sealing engagement with the guide rail when the guide carriage is mounted on the guide rail. At least one separate rolling-body guide part, composed in one piece of an elastomer, has two deflection sections, between which at least one guide section, extending longitudinally, is arranged. An associated sealing lip is arranged on the guide section. At least one radially inner deflection surface of a deflection channel is arranged on each deflection section.

A guide carriage for a linear roller bearing includes a main body, which may bear in a longitudinally movably manner and via at least a first and at least a second endlessly circulating roller row against a guide rail that extends in a longitudinal direction, a deflection assembly provided on an end face of the main body and including at least one curved inner deflection channel for the first roller row, and at least a second curved outer deflection channel for the second roller row, the inner deflection channel being located within the outer deflection channel, the deflection assembly includes an end cap, on the inner side of which&#x2014;that faces the main body&#x2014;an outer boundary surface of the outer deflection channel is provided, and at least one separate, one-pieced deflection piece inserted in the end cap, on which an inner boundary surface is provided that covers the entire outer deflection channel. An outer boundary surface is provided that covers the entire inner deflection channel on the deflection piece.

A spacer for roller bodies, which are guided in a roller bearing and which have an axis of symmetry and have an axis of symmetry, defining a rolling axis, about which they roll in a revolution path of the roller bearing, includes two diametrically opposed, spaced-apart end parts, which are each located transversely to the direction of motion of the roller bodies and have contact faces for rolling faces of the roller bodies; two diametrically opposed, spaced-apart lateral parts, and each of the lateral parts connects the two end parts, has a platelike shape, with a flat side, extending transversely to the rolling axis of the roller bodies, for contact with the roller bodies, and short sides extending substantially in the direction of the rolling axis of the roller bodies, and is stiffened with regard to bending essentially orthogonally to the rolling axis of the roller bodies in such a way that in its motion along the revolution path, it essentially maintains its shape; and at least one rib, connecting the two lateral parts between the two end parts, which rib has contact faces for the rolling faces of two successive roller bodies.

A linear guide device has a guide rail, a guide carriage having a rolling element recirculating channel, at least one endless row of rolling elements circulating in the rolling element recirculating channel and guiding the guide carriage on and along the rail, wherein the rolling element recirculating channel includes a load-bearing channel section and turnaround channel sections which connect the load-bearing channel section and a return channel section with each other, wherein the guide carriage includes substantially in a longitudinal region in the load-bearing channel section and the return channel section, a carriage body, end piece units provided on axially opposed ends of the carriage body, intermediate piece units located between the carriage body and the endpiece units, a groove element provided in the return channel section, which encloses rolling elements located in the return channel section around at least a portion of their circumference, and wherein the groove element is integrally formed in at least one of the intermediate-piece units.
