An electromagnetic positioning device (), having a stationary spool unit (), having a moveably guided anchor (), which forms a positioning section () and which can be axially displaced along a displacement axis (V) in response to supplying the spool unit () with current, as well as having a one-part cup-shaped yoke-core element (), which receives the anchor () and which includes a core section () as well as a yoke section () and which has a yoke-core bottom () extending perpendicular to the displacement axis (V) and a yoke-core sheath extending perpendicular to the yoke-core bottom () along the displacement axis (V), a longitudinally cut transition area () reduced in thickness and arranged between the core section () and the yoke section () being realized in the yoke-core sheath. It is intended that a guide pin () for the anchor () is fixed, preferably pressed in, in a, preferably centric, guide pin recess () in the yoke-core bottom () and protrudes axially into a, preferably centric, guide opening () of the anchor () and can be displaced relative to the anchor () during its displacement movement.

A camshaft assembly, comprising a camshaft () having a receiving space () in an interior thereof, at least some sections of the assembly being made of a magnetizable material, and an electromagnetic actuating unit () for actuating an actuating partner (), comprising a control valve of a camshaft adjuster (), a coil winding () and an armature () for cooperating with the actuating partner (), the armature being adjustable by energizing the coil winding (). The armature () is arranged at least in some sections, preferably completely, inside the camshaft () in the receiving space () and the coil winding () for the non-contact adjustment of the armature () is arranged radially outside the camshaft (), and the camshaft () has a first axial section () and a second axial section (), between which a material region () influencing the magnetic flow () is provided in order to increase the magnetic flow () from one of the axial sections () to the respective other axial section () via the armature ().

Camshaft assembly and method for producing a camshaft assembly

An electromagnetic camshaft adjusting device has an armature unit, which can be moved relative to a yoke and core unit by energizing a stationary coil unit and which is designed to carry out an axial actuating movement and to exert a correspondingly axially directed actuating force on a rotating internal combustion engine camshaft by a slider unit interacting with the armature unit. The yoke and core unit is mounted such that it can rotate relative to the coil unit and provides a receptacle for the armature unit that is guided such that it can move axially in the yoke and core unit and has the slider unit firmly seated thereon.

Electromagnetic camshaft adjustment device

A device for transmitting torque and axially securing a first and a second component ( ) that exert torque. The second component advantageously consists of a disk , which can be placed with its recesses , which are arranged on its periphery, onto the axial projections of a first component in such a way that the projections of a first component protrude axially from the recesses of the disk , and that on the protruding projections of the first component a preferably annular component can be placed in such a way that the first component can be permanently connected with the annular component on their contact surfaces.
