Such a monoclonal according may include a heavy chain variable region CDR1 comprising GYTFTEYT (SEQ ID No. 66), a heavy chain variable region CDR2 comprising INPNNGGT (SEQ ID No. 67), a heavy chain variable region CDR3 comprising ASLDGRDY (SEQ ID No. 68), a light chain variable region CDR1 comprising QSLLNSRTRKNY (SEQ ID No. 69), a light chain variable region CDR2 comprising WAS (SEQ ID No. 70), and/or a light chain variable region comprising KQSYNLLT (SEQ ID No. 71).
