A pump motor () includes a rotor () mounted to a drive shaft () extending along a rotor axis (L). The rotor () is circumferentially embraced by a stator. A stator housing (), encloses the stator. The stator housing includes a first axial end and a second axial end. Electronics for powering and controlling the motor operation include a first portion, arranged on a first PCB, and a second portion, arranged on a second PCB (). A first electronics housing () accommodates the first PCB. The first electronics housing () is arranged at a perimeter of the stator housing (). A second electronics housing () accommodates the second PCB (). The second electronics housing () is arranged at the second axial end of the stator housing (). The second electronics housing () at least partially rings the drive shaft ().

Pump motor with cooled two-part electronic module

An electric pump drive motor three-phase stator assembly () includes three sets of stator segments (S), configured in a ring about a stator axis (R). Each set includes n≥2 stator segments arranged in an n-fold rotational symmetry about the stator axis. Each stator segment includes a coil () having a first coil wire end and a second coil wire end. A plurality of 3n−3 connection wires (W) connect coils of a respective set of stator segments in series. A first and a second interposed stator segment are arranged in circumferential direction between the two connected coils of the respective set of stator segments. 3n−5 of the connection wires span across the first interposed stator segment at a distance (r) to the stator axis and across the second interposed stator segment at a second distance (r) to the stator axis (R). The second distance is larger than the first distance.

Three-phase stator assembly

A valve system (), connectable to a pump system (), includes a pump assembly () connectable to a pipe (), wherein the valve system () includes a valve () including a pipe section (), of the pipe (), that defines a primary flow direction (), and a valve opening () in the pipe section, a valve seat () and a valve body (). The valve opening (), the valve seat () and the valve body () define a common valve axis () extending transversely to the primary flow direction. An operating element (), arranged at the pipe section opposite the valve opening, is configured to control the valve body for operating in a check-valve mode to open the valve opening upon a fluid flow from the valve opening towards the valve body and for operating in a shut off-valve to close the valve opening for any fluid flow direction.

Valve system, piping manifold and pump system

A pump seal leakage detection system () includes a leakage piping () including a collector pipe () and an air stream pipe (), a sensor () positioned at the air stream pipe (), and an air displacement device () for driving an air stream through the air stream pipe (). The collector pipe () includes an inlet port () that is connectable to a leakage centrifuge (), and an outlet port () into the air stream pipe (). The sensor () is configured to detect a leakage drop at the outlet port () of the collector pipe () or in the air stream pipe (). The air displacement device () is configured to blow a leakage drop off the outlet port () of the collector pipe () by an air stream towards an outlet port () of the air stream pipe ().

Pump seal leakage detection system

The invention relates to a multistage pump (), including a pump body (), at a lower end of which a base element () is arranged, and at an upper end of which a head element () is arranged. At least the base element () is made from sheet steel and has an inlet port () and an outlet port (). The inlet port () and the outlet port () are mechanically connected to each other by a pipe () running through the base element ().

Multistage pump

A multistage centrifugal pump has a foot part () and a head part (), between which pump stages are integrated. The head part () and the foot part () are connected via tie-rods () which with one end are fastened on the head part () and with the other end are fastened on the foot part (). The tie-rods () at one end comprise a thread (), with which they are tightened on the head part (). The tie-rods () are formed from sheet metal. At the end opposite the thread, the tie-rods include a recess, with which recess the tie-rods are each positively fixed on the foot part (), at least in the tensile direction ().

Pump

A centrifugal pump () includes several pump stages, which are arranged axially between a head part () and a foot part (). The pump stages are surrounded peripherally by an outer casing (). An axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the head part (), and the other axial end on the foot part (). A mechanical connection between the head part () and the foot part () is formed by the outer casing ().

Centrifugal pump

A hydraulic heating and/or cooling system hydraulic manifold is constructed in a modular manner with a main module (). At least one load module () is connectable to the main module () and includes a hydraulic connection () for a load circuit, and a closed-loop control device () controlling flow through the load and for connection to an identically configured further load module (). The at least one load module () includes a circuit board () which extends between a first () and a second axial end () of the load module () and which at its first () and second end () have electrical couplings () which correspond to one another. The electrical coupling () at the second end () of the circuit board () can electrically conductively engage with an electrical coupling () at the first end () of the further identical load module ().

Hydraulic manifold

A centrifugal pump () includes at least one pump stage () and a first housing part () having a suction connection (). A second housing part () has a pressure connection (). At least one intermediate housing part () at least in sections delimits a channel () leading to a pressure side of the at least one pump stage (). The pump further includes a third housing part (). The second housing part () and the at least one intermediate housing part () are arranged between the first and the third housing part (). The at least one intermediate housing part () and the second housing part () are configured to be arranged in at least two different positions with respect to the first and the third housing ().

A hydraulic valve includes a valve housing () with an inside that defines at least one first flow path (), and with a valve insert () which is arranged in the inside of the valve housing (). The valve insert () includes a movable valve element () situated in the first flow path (). An infrared temperature sensor () is arranged on or in the valve housing () and is directed onto a surface of the valve insert () or a surface of a thermal conductor () connected to the valve insert. A hydraulic manifold may be provided with such a hydraulic valve.

Hydraulic valve

A multistage centrifugal pump includes a foot part () and a head part (), between which several pump stages are arranged. Each of the pump stages includes an impeller () and a housing () surrounding the impeller (). The housings () are arranged over one another. The housings () together with an outer casing () form an annular channel (). The housings () together with an outer casing () are clamped via clamping bolts () which are fastened on the head part () and the foot part (). The clamping bolts () are arranged within the annular channel ().

Multi-stage centrifugal pump

The centrifugal pump () includes several pump stages which are arranged axially between a head part () and a foot part (). An outer casing () peripherally surrounds the pump stages. An axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the head part and the other axial end of the outer casing () is fastened on the foot part. A mechanical connection between the head part () and the foot part () is formed by the outer casing ().

A multi-stage centrifugal pump assembly includes at least two impellers () and two impeller groups () which are consecutive in a flow direction and each with at least one impeller (). A backflow channel () connects an exit side of the first impeller group () to an entry side thereof is located in a first impeller group () of the two impeller groups ().

Multi-stage centrifugal pump unit

A stator housing assembly () for a pump () having a wet-running electric motor () includes a stator housing () and a can (), wherein the stator housing () and the can () are designed as a single component (). The stator housing assembly () also includes at least one engagement element () for positively connecting to a pump housing ().
