An interface dressing () comprising an elastomeric matrix (), the elastomeric matrix () being provided with a plurality of through-holes (), each through-hole () having a contour (C) around a central axis (A), in which at least some of the plurality of through-holes () are arranged so as to form at least one pattern in which each through-hole () is adjacent to at least one other through-hole (), the adjacent through-holes () having contours (C), images of which, when moved in translation in a plane perpendicular to the central axes (A) in order to merge images of said central axes (A) by means of said translational movement, do not become superposed.

Interface dressing

The present disclosure relates to novel dressings containing polysulfated oligosaccharides having sustained release of the active ingredients. It also relates to a method for the preparation thereof, this method including a treatment step with ethylene oxide. It further relates to the uses thereof for wound care and the treatment and/or prevention of scars and stretch marks.

Dressing having sustained release of active agents

The subject matter of the present invention is a photopolymerizable liquid composition comprising at least one epoxidized polybutadiene prepolymer, at least one cationic photoinitiator, and at least one thioxanthone-derived photosensitizer, which can, for example, be in the form of a liquid dressing. The subject matter of the invention is also a process for obtaining a polymerized film from said photopolymerizable liquid composition, characterized in that said composition is applied to tissues such as the skin, the skin appendages or the mucous membranes so as to form a uniform liquid film, and the film thus obtained is subjected to ultraviolet radiation, preferably ultraviolet-visible radiation having a wavelength of between 380 and 405 nm, preferably between 385 and 395 nm.

Photopolymerizable liquid composition

The invention relates to an absorbent dressing comprising an adhesive silicone-coated side strip, which is particularly suitable for use in the care of chronic wounds, such as ulcers or eschars, or acute wounds, such as burns. The absorbent dressing includes a breathable impermeable substrate () and an absorbent non-woven fabric (). The substrate is formed by assembling a continuous film () and an openwork reinforcement that is coated with an adhesive silicone gel () without blocking the openings in the reinforcement. A non-absorbent web () is secured to a complementary non-woven fabric (), such as to encase the above-mentioned absorbent non-woven fabric () without being secured at any point to the latter. The encased absorbent non-woven fabric is subsequently assembled to the substrate () along part of said silicone-coated surface of the substrate.

Very absorbent, thin adhesive dressing, and uses thereof for the treatment of chronic wounds

The invention concerns copolymers of the poly(styrene)-poly(ethylene-butylene)-poly(styrene) type wherein the central poly(ethylene-butylene) sequence has been modified by chemical grafting of hydrophilic groups to make them amphiphilic. The invention also concerns a method for preparing said novel amphiphilic copolymers and their use in particular emulsifying agent or absorbent.
