A battery device for an at least partially electrically operated vehicle and a method for producing the battery device. The battery device includes a plurality of battery modules, each having at least one battery cell, and a receiving device for receiving the battery modules. In this arrangement, the receiving device includes a dividing wall, which is arranged underneath the battery modules, and a base plate, which is arranged underneath the dividing wall. The dividing wall and the base plate are attached to at least one connecting element and are connected to one another by the connecting element while being spaced apart.

Battery device and method of production thereof

A longitudinal frame for the chassis structure of a motor vehicle is provided. The frame includes at least two longitudinal sections, which are joined together to form a shared longitudinal structure by having the longitudinal sections at least partially overlap each other in an overlap region. One of the longitudinal sections of the frame has a side panel, which in the overlap region exhibits a connecting section for attachment to a floor panel, and the other longitudinal section exhibits a counter-panel in the overlap region that at least partially abuts against the side panel. The abutment of the counter-panel against the side panel remains outside of the connecting section. The frame includes at least one longitudinal structure, and the longitudinal structure and at least one of the longitudinal sections together extend over a longitudinal section of the longitudinal frame.

Longitudinal frame for the chassis structure of a motor vehicle

A frame structure is provided for a motor vehicle having at least two longitudinal girders, each having a first longitudinal section and a second longitudinal section, which are at an angle to one another, so that in the installed state of the frame structure in a motor vehicle, the first longitudinal section lies essentially horizontally below a floor plate of the vehicle body and the second longitudinal section extends essentially upward and, viewed in the forward travel direction, the first longitudinal section is arranged behind the second longitudinal section. Frame structure for a motor vehicle, rear frame structure, and vehicle body

An underbody structure for at least two motor vehicles, in particular for at least two passenger cars having a first and a second wheelbase, is provided. The underbody structure comprises a middle underbody structure and a rear underbody structure with laterally arranged side members, between which at least one connecting profile is arranged. The connecting profile is connected to the side members and to a floor of the middle underbody structure to form a first overlap region for the first wheelbase and a second overlap region for the second wheelbase. The first and the second overlap region have an at least approximately same width.

Underbody structure for at least two motor vehicles

A side structure of a vehicle is provided with a side part outer frame. The side part outer frame includes, but is not limited to a front pillar and a center pillar with mounting connections for door hinges. The side part outer frame includes, but is not limited to the outer structure starting from a windshield to including a rear fender region and is a one-piece and stable construction and has a greater material thickness than a side part outer skin of a conventional side structure. One of the two pillars or both pillars comprise a reinforcement structure that is fixed within the side part outer frame.

Side structure of a vehicle

A floor structure of a motor vehicle body is provided. The floor structure has two frame rail arrangements essentially extending in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle body. The arrangements are joined together by a cross member essentially extending in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle body. A floor panel extends between the cross member and the two frame rail arrangements. A diagonal reinforcement is located above the floor panel and abuts against the cross member in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle body. A reinforcing element essentially extends in the longitudinal direction of the motor vehicle body between the two frame rail arrangements. The diagonal reinforcement abuts against the reinforcing element in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle body.

A vehicle is provided that includes, but is not limited to an energy accumulator in an energy accumulator area. The vehicle also includes, but is not limited to a rear axle area having a rear axle frame and a front axle area having a front axle frame. Furthermore, the vehicle includes, but is not limited to interrupted crash load pathways in the vehicle floor area, which are limited to the vehicle passenger compartment. The energy accumulator is situated on a carrier system in the vehicle floor area, the carrier system closing the interrupted crash load pathways of the vehicle between the rear axle frame and/or the front axle frame.

An impact-damping structure with crash boxes is provided with an extension of the ends of the chassis members of a vehicle to a transverse impact member. An extension pipe with a towing lug that aligns flush with the chassis member is arranged in a center of one of the crash boxes. The extension pipe is connected with the end of the chassis member via a spreading device of the crash box.

A body structure of a motor vehicle is provided that includes, but is not limited to a floor panel, that has an inner side directed toward the motor vehicle interior and an outer side directed toward the motor vehicle exterior, and also includes, but is not limited to a seat mounting for securing a motor vehicle seat. To reduce driving noise and air resistance, it is provided that on the outer side thereof, the floor panel is free from corrugations or stiffening structures running predominantly in the transverse direction of the motor vehicle. A motor vehicle forward structure is provided with at least two vehicle chassis beams, at least two crash boxes, which are arranged at the front ends of the vehicle chassis beams, and at least one transverse beam structure, which is secured to the crash boxes. The transverse beam structure exhibits two transverse bumper carriers with a first transverse bumper carrier above the crash boxes, and a second transverse bumper carrier below the crash boxes. The crash boxes are fixed in a left and right end area of the transverse beam structure, between the transverse bumper carriers and at the ends of the vehicle chassis beams.

A floor structure of a motor vehicle body is provided that has two side member arrangements substantially extending in vehicle longitudinal direction, which are interconnected by way of at least one front cross member and one rear cross member, and with a floor panel arranged above the cross members, which is provided with a reinforcing element substantially extending in vehicle longitudinal direction and arranged above the floor panel, which is structurally connected to at least one front cross member and to one rear cross member.
