This invention relates to a gear pump () for delivering a fluid, comprising an externally toothed gearwheel () rotatably mounted on a journal (), and an internally toothed annular gear (), the gearwheel and gear meshing so as to produce a delivery action, and arranged together with an electrically commutatable stator () inside a housing (). The stator () extends concentrically around the annular gear () and cooperates with a magnetic ring () in order to generate an electromotive force and the magnetic ring () together with the annular gear () rotate in order to produce the delivery action. The annular gear () is mounted by means of a sliding bearing ().

Gear pump

The invention relates to an internal gear pump for delivering fuel in an internal combustion engine, with an internally toothed annular gear and an externally toothed pinion that cooperates with the annular gear to produce a pumping action. In order to increase both the delivery capacity at starting speed and the service life of the internal gear pump, the pinion is supported on a supporting stub in a radially mobile fashion, eccentric to the annular gear. In addition, a device is provided to compensate for the radial play between the pinion and the annular gear. The drive is transmitted by a spring-loaded Oldham coupling, which adjusts the axial play of the pump according to the invention.

Internal gear pump

A geared feed pump has a housing having a pump chamber in which a rotationally driven pair of gear wheels meshing with one another is disposed for pumping medium out of a suction chamber that communicates with a supply tank, along feed conduits, formed between the circumferential surface of the gear wheels and the circumferential walls of the pump chamber, into a pressure chamber. A drive shaft connected with one of the gear wheels via a coupling member is disposed inside the housing in a coupling chamber. The coupling chamber has a connection with the pressure chamber, so that lubrication of the coupling member is effected by the pumping medium.

Internal gear wheel pump

The invention relates to an internal-gear pump for pumping fuel in an internal combustion engine, having an internal-toothed annular gear and an external-toothed pinion that cooperates with the annular gear to generate a pumping action. To increase the pump capacity at starting rpm and to lengthen the service life of the internal-gear pump, the pinion is supported radially movably, eccentrically to the annular gear, on a bearing journal. Moreover, a device is provided in order to compensate for the radial play (R) between the pinion and the annular gear.

Thus, with a lower pressure, both pumps supply fuel, and with a higher pressure, only the first pump supplies the fuel.

The invention relates to a device for delivering fuel from a tank to an internal combustion engine, wherein a pump chamber is embodied in the housing of the feed device. Rotary driven displacing elements are contained in the housing. The shaft supporting a displacing element is provided with bores which connect an end of the shaft to the suction side of the feed device.

Thus, with a low rotational speed of the supply pump ( ) which produces a low supply pressure, the gear ratio of the gear unit is made larger, and correspondingly, the supply volume and the supply pressure is increased.

The geared feed pump has a housing, in which a pump chamber is formed between a housing part and a cap part, and a pair of gear wheels, driven to rotate and meshing with one another on their outer circumference, are disposed in the pump chamber and pump a feed medium into a pressure chamber along feed conduits formed between the outer circumference of the gear wheels and circumferential walls of the pump chamber. On its inside toward the face ends of the gear wheels, the cap part has an indentation with a cross section that is at least as large as the cross section of the face ends of the gear wheels. Between the cap part and the face ends of the gear wheels, a platelike cover element covering the indentation is disposed; at least when the geared feed pump is not in operation, the cover element rests with initial tension on the face ends of the gear wheels and can be deflected into the indentation, away from the face ends of the gear wheels.

A fuel delivery pump for a fuel injection pump for internal combustion engines, including a pair of gears that mesh with each other and are driven to rotate in a pump chamber. The pair of gears deliver fuel from an intake chamber connected to a storage tank, along a supply conduit that is formed between the end face of the gears and the circumference wall of the pump chamber, into a pressure chamber connected to the fuel injection pump. A conduit is provided that connects the intake chamber to the pressure chamber. The conduit can be connected to a ventilation device, and that upstream and downstream of the ventilation device, a pressure valve is provided for a directed fuel flow in the conduit.
