A method of and device for testing and a scale for evaluating a textile for use in an article of clothing constructed of the textile. The method comprises positioning a textile sample within a path of a generated beam of light and measuring the amount of photons absorbed when the light is transmitted through the sample. The amount of light transmitted through the sample is compared to a standardized scale for evaluating the amount of coverage provided by the sample for the textiles fitness for use in the article of clothing. The articles of clothing may be articles of swimwear, athletic wear, or athleisure wear.

A shoe-fit testing device includes a pseudo skeletal structure and a pseudo soft tissue structure. The pseudo skeletal structure approximates the bone structure of a human foot and ankle, and the pseudo soft tissue structure encompasses the pseudo skeletal structure. The shoe-fit testing device is capable of transitioning between a compressed state and an uncompressed state. In the uncompressed state, the shoe-fit testing device has a joint girth that is measured at a first value. In the compressed state, the shoe fit testing device has a joint girth that is measured at a second value that is less than the first value. As such, the shoe-fit testing device approximates the flexibility and compressibility of the human foot without requiring a live model.

A shopping assembly includes a shopping cart and a support shelf. The shopping cart includes a basket and a handle. The basket includes a rear wall having a top end, and the handle is spaced from the top end of the rear wall defining a space between the handle and the top end of the rear wall. The support shelf includes a cuff and a platform. The cuff is wrapped at least partially around the handle of the shopping cart to couple the support shelf to the shopping cart. The platform is positioned below and extends forwardly relative to the cuff toward the rear wall of the shopping cart. The platform has a top surface and a bottom surface opposite the top surface and rigidly extends between a front edge and a rear edge thereof. The cuff is positioned on a rear side of the rear edge of the platform.

A cover for a mobile device includes an engaging portion for engaging an exterior surface of the mobile device to secure the cover to the mobile device, a back protective panel for protecting a back surface of the mobile device and at least one wall extending from an interior side of the back protective panel and contacting the back surface of the mobile device. A theft-detection device capable of generating a signal in response to passing through a field is positioned on the interior side of the back protective panel such that a height of the theft-detection device is less than a height of the at least one wall.
