In an approach for visualizing metrics towards optimizing application performance, a processor identifies an application, running in a user interface, on a cloud platform. A processor calculates information metrics of the application. A processor presents the information metrics on the user interface with the application.

A method manages microservices. A number of processors identifies configuration information for a set of assemblies. The number of processors configures a set of namespaces in a computer system for the set of assemblies using a first set of permissions needed to set up the set of namespaces using the configuration information. The second set of permissions has a lower level than the first set of permissions.

Disclosed are systems and methods for scaling Massively Scalable Data Center (MSDC) networks with a large number of end-point tunnels utilizing Equal-cost multi-path routing (ECMP). The systems and methods can use the NO-OP label operations to maintain single ECMP objects to switch a set of segment routing tunnels that share the same ECMP links. The forwarding engine can determine the use of the NO-OP label operation and update a received packet to enable the use of the single ECMP objects of the set of segment routing tunnels.

A cloud deployment appliance (or other platform-as-a-service (IPAS) infrastructure software) includes a mechanism to deploy a product as a 'shared service' to the cloud, as well as to enable the product to establish a trust relationship between itself and the appliance or IPAS. The mechanism further enables multiple products deployed to the cloud to form trust relationships with each other (despite the fact that each deployment and each product typically, by the nature of the cloud deployment, are intended to be isolated from one another). In addition, once deployed and provisioned into the cloud, a shared service can become part of a single sign-on (SSO) domain automatically. SSO is facilitated using a token-based exchange. Once a product registers with a token service, it can participate in SSO. This approach enables enforcement of consistent access control policy across product boundaries, and without requiring a user to perform any configuration.

A mixed data flow operator in a particular region is executable by one of the multiple runtime environments associated with the particular region. The execution of the regions is sequenced.
