The field device is configured to restrict or allow access based on verification of a received key. The mobile device is configured to communicate with the base device to receive the temporary key when in proximity of the base device, communicate with the field device to provide the temporary key to the field device when in proximity of the field device, and exchange data with the field device in response to the field device verifying the temporary key.

A method for determining conflicts in updates of a hydrocarbon control system includes obtaining a first configuration and a second configuration from different locations in the hydrocarbon control system. The method also includes comparing the first configuration and the second configuration to determine if differences are detected. If differences are detected, the method includes operating a display to notify a user that differences are detected, using conflict resolution techniques to automatically determine a resolved configuration, and updating a configuration of the hydrocarbon control system with the resolved configuration. If no differences are detected, the method includes operating the display to notify the user that no differences are detected and updating the configuration of the hydrocarbon control system with the first configuration or the second configuration.

Systems and methods for a hydrocarbon configuration tool

A system includes a first asset and a second asset disposed at an industrial system, and a server communicatively coupled to the first asset and the second asset. A system includes a first asset disposed at a first location in an industrial system configured to perform one or more operations, a second asset disposed at a second location in the industrial system, and a server device communicatively coupled to the first asset and the second asset. A system may include a monitoring device that may receive data associated with one or more properties of a well. The well may produce a flow of hydrocarbons. The monitoring device may receive data associated with the well and determine whether the flow of hydrocarbons includes a percentage of water greater than a threshold based on whether the data is outside a profile associated with the flow of hydrocarbons at the well over time. The monitoring device may then send an alarm notification to another device indicating an increased water cut in the flow of hydrocarbon.

A system may include a monitoring device that may receive data associated with one or more properties of a well. The well may produce a flow of hydrocarbons. The monitoring device may then determine an inflow performance relationship, a tubing performance relationship, a choke performance relationship, and a wellhead performance relationship, or any combination thereof based on the pressure data and the temperature data. The monitoring device may also generate at least one plot that illustrates the inflow performance relationship, the tubing performance relationship, the choke performance relationship, and the wellhead performance relationship, or any combination thereof. The monitoring system may then display the at least one plot on a display device disposed on the monitoring system.

Systems and methods for localized well analysis and control

A circuit for processing data associated with a well may include a power port that receives an input voltage and a processor. The processor may receive data associated with one or more properties of the well and a well device configured to control a flow of hydrocarbons extracted from the well. The processor may also receive a value that corresponds to the input voltage. The processor may then operate in a first power mode when the value is not greater than a threshold, such that the first power mode may limit one or more processes performed by the processor to conserve power.
