Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to provide an image modality maintenance care package are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a solution predictor to predict a solution for servicing an imaging device based on the at least one of an error code or an identified issue and information related to previous solutions corresponding to the at least one of the error code or the identified issue. The apparatus further includes a care package generator to generate a customized data structure corresponding to the solution, the customized data structure including automated solutions to service the imaging device. The apparatus further includes an interface to transmit, using a wireless communication, the customized data structure to at least one of the imaging device or a repair device connected to the imaging device and in response to the execution of the automated solutions by the imaging device, obtaining a response corresponding to the servicing of the imaging device using the repair device. The apparatus further includes an information updater to update at least one of the accessed information, the predicted solution, the relevant information, or a digital twin of the imaging device to update subsequent customized care package generation based on the response.

Imaging modality maintenance care package systems and methods

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to provide an image modality maintenance smart find are disclosed. The example method includes identifying an imaging device based on an image of the imaging device. The method further includes determining at least one of a make, a model, or a modality of the imaging device based on the identification. The method further includes identifying a fleet of imaging devices corresponding to the imaging device. The method further includes storing error information corresponding to an issue of the imaging device in correspondence with the fleet of imaging devices and update a model corresponding to the fleet based on the error information. The method further includes deploying the model to a device of a technician.

A system for identifying healthcare assets includes a set of tags configured to communicate with one another, the set of tags including a root tag configured to transmit an asset identifier identifying the healthcare asset and a plurality of component tags each configured to transmit a component identifier identifying a component of the healthcare asset. A receiver system is configured to receive the asset identifier and the plurality of component identifiers from the set of tags and to automatically generate a bill of materials (BOM) for the healthcare asset based on the asset identifier and the plurality of component identifiers.

Imaging modality maintenance smart dispatch systems and methods

A method for detecting anomalies in a system. The method includes collecting training data from the system, converting the training data into training images using an image generator, and designating each of the training images as corresponding to events for the system, where the events are at least one of an expected normal event and a non-normal event. The method further includes generating an image recognition model based on the training images and the designations thereof. The method further includes collecting new data from the system, converting the new data into input images, and analyzing the input images using the image recognition model to determine which of the events for the system are represented in the input images, where the anomalies are detected when the input images are determined to at least one of represent a non-normal event and fail to represent an expected normal event.

Systems and methods for detecting anomalies using image based modeling

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture providing an image modality smart symptom maintenance are disclosed. The example apparatus includes a system processor to identify a distinguishing symptom of a first subset of issues corresponding to an imaging device. The apparatus further includes an interface to transmit a prompt corresponding to an identification of the distinguishing symptom. The apparatus further includes a filter to filter out issues of the first subset of issues based on a response to the prompt to generate a second subset of issues. The apparatus further includes the system processor to transform the first subset of issues into a solution for servicing the imaging device by applying at least one of the symptom or the first subset of issues to an artificial intelligence model corresponding to the imaging device. The apparatus further includes a care package generator to generate a data structure based on the solution, the data structure including information to assist in the repair of the imaging device.

Imaging modality smart symptom maintenance systems and methods

Methods and systems are provided for dynamic, self-swarming smart tags. In one example, a system includes a plurality of smart tags each configured to be coupled to a respective component of a medical imaging system. Each smart tag of the plurality of smart tags is configured to broadcast identification information usable by other smart tags in order to dynamically form a family, the family formed based on the broadcast identification information matching stored identification information and further based on a proximity of each smart tag of the plurality of smart tags to one another.

A system and method to troubleshoot a defect in at least one machine is provided. The system includes a portable device having a tracking system to detect when within a threshold proximity of a machine, and a controller to perform the steps of: authenticating the user to operate the portable device and communicating a first signal including the unique identifier of the portable device in response to detecting when within threshold proximity of the at least one machine. The system can further include an agent located at the machine to receive the first signal from the portable device, and in response to automatically verify authorization of the portable device to access the machine; and automatically trigger transmission of an operational data of the least one machine to the portable device over a secure channel.

System and method to troubleshoot a defect in operation of a machine

A system and method to assess a serviceability of a machine having a field replaceable unit (FRU) is provided. A controller can perform the steps of tracking performance parameters of the machine; calculating and comparing a performance index; generating requests for service of the FRU of the machine based on the performance index, the requests for service not including replacement of the FRU; detecting completion of a events to service the FRU of the machine; calculating an asset healability index representative of a trend in the performance index over time between each of the events to service the FRU; and generating a request for replacement of the FRU instead of another request to service the FRU based on a comparison of the asset healability index relative to a second predetermined threshold.
