The valve bonnet assembly () includes a bonnet stem and a valve member supported on the stem. Rotation of the stem () axially moves the valve member () along the stem axis into and out of sealing engagement with a seat (). The bonnet stem includes multiple start threads, and the thread pitch divided by a number of starting threads is greater than or equal to 6 and less than or equal to 9.

Valve bonnet assembly

A remotely operated safety valve is provided for terminating flow through the valve. The safety valve includes an electromagnet for holding the safety valve open, and a swing plate for closing the safety valve. A power supply is provided for powering the electromagnet, and an electrical conductor extends between the shutdown switch, the power supply, and the electromagnet. A connector spaced along the conductor is separable during a separation of a towing vehicle from the towed vehicle. The safety valve automatically closes in response to one of activation of the shutdown switch or the termination of power to the electromagnet.

Remotely operated shutoff valve

A product transfer valve () includes a valve body (), an inlet port (), an outlet port (). A safety interlock mechanism includes a segmented collar () with internal threads () for mounting the valve to a connection. A safety collar () is axially movable between a valve open position and a valve closed position, and causes movement of the segmented collar. An interference member () engages the safety collar () to prevent inadvertent radial outward movement of the internal threads on the segmented collar until the safety collar is moved to the valve closed position.

Cam operated valve

A ball valve is provided for threaded connection to a separable componenthaving male threads. A housingcontains a ballselectively rotatable for passing fluid through the housing, and a flange memberthreadably secured to the valve housing. A stop ringis positioned outward of the valve housing and engages the flange member. A couplingis threadably secured to the stop ring and includes female threads for engagement with male threads on the separable component.

An anhydrous ammonia distribution system includes a portable nurse tankpowered by an operator cab. One or more distributorsreceive anhydrous ammonia from the nurse tank, and a plurality of knife hosesdeliver anhydrous ammonia from a distributor to a selected number of knivesfor delivery to the field. Pressure gaugeis provided for monitoring pressure at one or more distributors, and a camerapositioned within enclosuretransmits a reading from the pressure gauge to the operator cab, thereby alerting the operator to a malfunction in the delivery system.

NH3 distributor monitoring system and method

An electrical generator () powered by fluid pressure in a flow line includes a turbine housing () and control valve (). The turbine housing houses a rotor () and a plurality of turbine blades () which are rotated by fluid passing from the flow line through the turbine housing. A bearing () within the turbine housing guides rotation of the rotor, and supports a plurality of magnets (). Cap member () is sealed to the turbine housing, and a stator () external of the cap member generates electricity in response to a plurality of rotating magnets.

Differential pressure generator

An NHapplicator implement is equipped with a hitch arrangement for automatically effecting a connection with a tongue of an NHnurse tank wagon. A quick-connect coupler assembly is provided for connecting the transfer hose of the nurse tank wagon to the supply hose of the implement. The quick-connect coupler assembly includes a first coupler section mounted to the applicator implement for powered, guided movement into engagement with a second coupler section mounted to the tongue of the nurse tank wagon. An electro-hydraulic control system including relay logic is used to first lock the fully coupled coupler sections together and then to engage the flow of NHby remote actuation of a main on/off valve located at the nurse tank.
