The present invention relates to new compounds that are useful in the prevention or treatment of respiratory diseases, such as asthma, acute and chronic inflammatory conditions, and fibrotic diseases or conditions in which fibrosis contributes to the pathology of the condition. The invention also relates to the preparation of the compounds, and to compositions including the compounds. The present invention also relates to the use of the compounds, as well as compositions including the compounds, in treating or preventing respiratory diseases, acute and chronic inflammatory conditions, and fibrotic diseases or conditions in which fibrosis contributes to the pathology of the condition.

Compounds for the treatment of respiratory diseases

The invention discussed in this application relates to hydroxamic acid-based compounds that are useful as imaging agents when bound to an appropriate metal centre, particularly for the imaging of tumours.

Imaging composition and uses thereof

The present disclosure relates generally to compounds having activity as voltage-gated sodium channel blockers and their use in the field of therapeutic treatment, including the therapy or management of conditions associated with excessive, unwanted, inadequate or otherwise undesirable sodium ion passage through cellular membranes via voltage-gated sodium channels. In some embodiments, the disclosure relates to aryloxy-substituted amines for use as sodium channel blockers or modulators. Methods for their manufacture and compositions containing the compounds are also disclosed.

Sodium channel modulators

The invention discussed in this application relates to hydroxamic acid-based compounds that are useful as imaging agents when bound to an appropriate metal center, particularly for the imaging of tumors.

The present invention relates to arylcarbonyl and heteroarylcarbonyl anthranilate compounds that may be useful as anti-fibrotic agents. The present invention also relates to methods for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds and uses of these compounds in the treatment disorders.

Fused ring analogues of anti-fibrotic agents

Substituted cinnamoyl anthranilate compounds exhibiting anti-fibrotic activity; or derivatives thereof, analogs thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and metabolites thereof, with the proviso that the compound is no Tranilast.

Therapeutic compounds

The present invention relates to halogenated compounds of formula (I) with the substituents as described within the specification. The compounds may be useful as anti-fibrotic agents. The present invention also relates to methods for their preparation.
